I had the best service and some good food now I had the cheap tavern burgers I didn’t expect much for that price but it was decent and bottomless sides !! For ten bucks unheard of these days. Any way the waitress was our freaking nice .. Tracy? Man I can’t remember but she was hustling! Cheers!

Went to restaurant seatwd myself. Went to restroom. Came back waited. Probably about 10-15 minutes. Plenty of people grouped up together. Servers were discussing things. Servers walked past me multiple times. I was seated waiting. Had already set my menu back down. Knew what I wanted to eat. Needed to get in and out after a combined time of 20 minutes. I ended up finally having a server come up to me. However they went to the table across that had just sat themselves and went to take their order. I didn’t have water. I didn’t have a drink. There was nothing. I definitely do not recommend going to this restaurant unless you plan on sitting in the bar where clearly you’ll receive customer service, but sitting down in the open restaurant area is not where you need a sit. This is definitely one of those places that doesn’t pride themselves in customer service. I shouldn’t expect much considering the area of town it’s in. I left and went to a local restaurant and got immediate customer service.
I did wait for the manager and that took longer than three minutes so I left and wrote this review and will have a corp complaint too if possible.

We usually consider Red Robin a “go to” for our family outings. This one in Burlington, however, is the saddest one we’ve ever been to. The food was underwhelming, served late, and incomplete. Some salads came without avocados for the vegetarians. A lemonade was delivered well after the food and the server had to be prompted. Instead of a chicken wrap, which happened to be on special, I recieved a burger at regular price. By the time the food had come out, I was so hungry I didn’t let them know.
Upon speaking to the server, she informed us she was working since the morning shift; this was around 7 pm.
I suspect a fatigued staff and lack of prioritizing service and quality is what has let this particular franchisee slip so noticeably. I hope they right the ship for everyone’s sake.

Although the atmosphere was lackluster, it wasn’t bad. More it just seems it had better days. The waitress and manager were attentive and nice. Kudos to the staff.

We haven’t been to this location for a while due to terrible service. We decided to give it one more go and sit at the bar think service might be better. It wasn’t. Painfully slow. The bartender was terrible. She spent more time visiting with coworkers than waiting on customers. Took her forever just to take our drink order. Food was good, but that was it. Bar top was sticky and had food crumbs. It was our last attempt. This place really needs to figure out its staffing. Used to have to wait 40 mins just to get a table. Now it’s empty a takes 40 mins just to get waited on and food.

We went for veterans day to get the burger meal deal for my husband and I chose appetizers for my meal. The food was so mid. But the service was beyond excellent! Our server was one of 3 all day and she was telling us she started her shift at 8 am and hadn’t had any break yet (it was almost 5pm). However she happily served us and was very efficient.

Miss Jenn was an amazing waitress!! From the moment we sat down until we left, she was always there making sure we had everything we wanted and needed. I love coming to Red Robin when she’s here because it is always a great experience. The food was good and at a great price, I recommend coming to eat at the Red Robin in Burlington if you’re looking for a decent burger spot!

Walked in..no host stand. I waited there a few minutes without acknowledgment so I decided to seat myself in the bar. I waited 10 minutes without any sort of acknowledgment by staff. Staff walked by and ignored me multiple times. I guess there’s a reason this place is empty on a weekend night at 6. Boooooooooooooo. There’s plenty other places to eat and plenty of server’s who care about making money elsewhere. It would be less embarrassing if they were busy but this place was a ghost town. This place might be good if you’re cold and need a place to stay warm. They won’t even notice you.
