We came to Red Robin to celebrate my 11-year-old’s birthday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff made him feel special with the birthday perks, including the free ice cream, which he was really excited about. He absolutely loved the strawberry lemonade and kept talking about it long after we left.
The burgers were flavorful and cooked well, with plenty of options for both kids and adults. The atmosphere was fun, upbeat, and very family-friendly, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out just right.
Overall, we had a really fun time and left happy and full. Red Robin is a solid choice for family outings and especially great for kids’ birthdays. We would definitely come back and recommend it to other families looking for a laid-back, enjoyable place to celebrate.

Good food and amazing service. Family friendly. Service is actually extremely good and thoughtful. We weren’t that hungry order only one burger and some appetizer a they actually asked if we are sharing the burger and cut the burger in half and brought it fries etc in separate plates and separate dips. I like that attention to details.

First of all our family of 5 were seated next to a table of a couple who kept swearing and it wasn’t pleasant to begin with. That’s not the restaurants fault but it started off our lunch on a bad note. There was a break in service because our server who was trying her best to serve the main dining room had so much on her plate. I almost felt bad for her. In between taking orders, serving food, asking around for extra needs, and rushing around with bills, it was a lot of load for 1 girl to be serving 10+tables. The main part that really bothered us was that food was cold when it was served. The slow service to get refilled made us feel bad to even ask because who knows when the refills would come out. We literally had to grab one person who was clearly there just to clean up, for extra things like missing cutlery and sauce that we initially ordered. On top our bill had a service charge which wasn’t expected for using their tablet which I felt was a gimmick. The kids wouldn’t know what the charges would mean. Also I complained about the drinks being a part of the kids meal and the server told us to redeem the birthday reward you need to spend $10 plus buy a drink and when I came home to check that wasn’t the case. I didn’t want to be scringy about the extra charges but these little details and the lack of service will not make me a returning customer.

We love Red Robin. Everyone who works here is always so nice to us. We ordered to go last night and Zach greeted us in the curbside lot before we even fully parked our car. He went back in and grabbed our order and was so sweet to us. Such kind and wonderful service as always. They included extra sauce and fries and we are always so happy 🙂 Best Red Robin ever!

Stopped for lunch with several friends while on a shopping trip. Haven’t been to a Red Robin in many years.
The place was quite busy and quite noisy with families which I guess is to be expected. Got seated at a booth. The interior is somewhat dated and worn, but not too bad overall.
Service started okay, but was inconsistent. Fast to start and then very slow later. Ordered 3 burgers: 2 x Banzai and the Royal Robin, and they took almost 25 minutes to arrive, and were only look warm when they did. Taste was okay, but at that point we were hungry enough to eat almost anything. Tried the yukon chips, but they were very dry.
Overall a somewhat forgettable experience.

Thought I’d go there for the first time ordered something simple crispy chicken with bacon. I got there about 1:30 it was very slow took me about 20 minutes to get my food, when it arrived at chuckled and said did I order off the junior menu because this doesn’t look like enough for an adult. Anyways I heard it was and the sides got halfway through my sandwich fries are gone asked for another round of fries after I had flagged somebody down finished my sandwich down to my drink never got the second order of fries until I was cashing out the food sucked on top of it never again no wonder they’re going out of business!

Burgers are my favorite food, eat em every day if I could. I’ve been to RRs in Canada and USA and this location is my favorite.
Friendly staff like Allison, Esme, and Priscilla always make you feel welcome.
And the burgers are freaking great. Madlove burger is my favorite, 10/10 do recommend.

My family went to eat here last night, right off the bat the server wanted to seat my kids and I, explained, oh no that’s okay I’m waiting for my husband to come in. She said, oh no your seated right around the corner. Okay.. My husband is handicap so if I can wrangle our kids and wait for him I will. He and I ordered the beef and chicken Cali burger. My husband didn’t touch his, he said there was way to much going on. Way to over seasoned and there was supposed to be fresh avocado on both burgers but instead what was served was guacamole which has jalapeno and onion in it.
The bacon is that microwaveable bacon which to be honest wasn’t a big deal BUT for a restaurant that says that they have “Gourmet Burgers” thIS place is getting an F rating. Also you should know exactly what is being brought to you. Finally we go to pay and our server says, oh right there on the screen is where you pay. We did pay on screen even though so even we planned on paying with cash. my husband puts the card the screen gives us a green circle with a check mark in the middle okay we’re paid. My husband doesn’t think we were so he waits, thankfully we did because the server said that we were not paid. We paid cash and they couldn’t even come up with change without issues.

My food was lukewarm at best. I did not finish my burger or the fries. It’s been a number of years since I’ve been to Red Robin and I am not in a hurry to go back. Other items besides burger/ fries would have been a better choice perhaps? The server was fantastic and very courteous.
