If i could give no stars i would. I had a disappointing experience at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews. I understand that the restaurant was busy, but the level of service we received showed a clear lack of attention and care.
After being seated, we waited about 30 minutes before a server came to our table. When drinks were finally brought out, there were no utensils or straws provided, and we had to continue waiting just to be able to properly start our meal.
I ordered grilled salmon with broccoli and coleslaw, but the kitchen brought the wrong order twice before it was corrected. By that point the experience had already become frustrating.
Being busy is understandable, but basic attentiveness and accuracy should still be expected. Unfortunately this visit felt disorganized and inattentive, and it really took away from what should have been a simple dining experience. Will never come back

Food : Everything tasted great. Food came out quickly, fresh, and hot. I always love getting bottomless fries. You can’t go wrong. Also enjoy how many sauce options they have.
Service : waitress was kind and knowledgeable about menu. She was working the bar and tables and managed it well. I never felt like I wasn’t attended to.
Atmosphere : I love anytime I can get a booth by the window and they had a whole row of them in the bar. It was great seating and with a beautiful sunny view.

Last week I came here with my friends (agroup of 6 all teenagers), and the service was absolutely amazing. Our server’s name was Brice, and he was joking with the table, laughing with us. Overall, it was amazing service. We got our food decently fast, and there was a massive birthday table. It was a little noisy as it is a very popular location for birthdays, but it was still easy to hear one another.
I genuinely love this location and now I love Brice too!

The 5* for food is because Red Robin has the best allergen-friendly menu available for a fast casual restaurant chain. There is no mystery what I can/cannot eat or how to customize something so that it is safely gluten-free. I REALLY appreciate that! Twice in the past week I have ordered curbside to go and the service was truly wonderful. They were friendly, efficient, and confirmed that my order was prepared gluten-free. The service appears to be a dramatic improvement over what it was a few years ago, so kudos to the current management and staff!

After our trip to Tijuana, we were expecting follow-up communication from the regional manager, as we were told by the general manager. Unfortunately, that communication never occurred. Instead, we received an email offering a $15 e-gift card for a $75 bill (not including tip), despite the extremely poor service we experienced.
I would not recommend this location, especially for people of color—specifically Hispanic and African American guests—as there was clear judgment and unequal treatment. We witnessed surrounding tables receive attentive, basic customer service for over 20 minutes while we were ignored.
Our experience with the server was disappointing and unacceptable. We waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged, and when the server finally approached, there was no greeting or introduction—only a blunt question asking if we knew what we wanted to order. Our order was not fully fulfilled, and when we needed water, the server deliberately stayed at a nearby table on the opposite side of the restaurant to avoid us. After waiting another 6–8 minutes, we had to ask someone else for assistance. There was no apology or follow-up.
At one point, fries were slid onto our table without a word, while the server continued a conversation with the table next to us—an interaction that felt dismissive and disrespectful.
There were many other issues that contributed to this experience, but receiving a $15 gift card as the sole response made it clear our concerns were not taken seriously. That is why this review needed to be written.

Decided to take my one-year-old to Red Robin as a new birthday tradition. From the start, I was impressed with the entire operation (I’m in the food/bev industry). The entire staff worked like a well-oiled machine. Hats off to whoever is managing that weekend crew.
Our server, Logan, was exceptional. A true professional in every sense of the word. He made my son feel like a rockstar on his birthday and was very attentive to our needs despite a packed restaurant (bringing the kid food out early, assembling a crew to sing a happy birthday song, etc). I’ve come to expect an average level of service from chain restaurants… at best… so I was thrilled to have those expectations challenged. It’s such a privilege to see a waitstaff working hard and enjoying the work they do. And it was a terrific family experience overall.
We look forward to returning to this location soon.

This has become our go-to spot for a quick dine-in meal! Mark welcomed my husband & me and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. He checked on our food, set expectations about delays, and accommodated our customizations for the burger and fries. We’ll keep coming back thanks to the friendly staff.

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Our waiter Vanessa was nice but wasn’t attentive to our table in the bar but constantly checked on everyone else. We had to flag her drown twice and even go up to her at the bar top. Things started off nice but once we got to ordering it all went down hill. I ordered a Long Island and a tequila shot. Upon getting the shot I noticed there were not one but TWO fruit flies dead in my drink. I waved down vanessa and asked for another which she did give us but was out of the specific one I ordered and gave me an upgrade to a nice brand but different flavor with no up charge for the drink difference. Then came the issue with the food. We waited close to 1 hour for our food to come out after ordering. There were 4 other tables with the same or bigger parties show up after us ordering and complete their dining experience and check out 10 minutes BEFORE I had to walk up to Vanessa at the bar top and ask for our food. She then checked in on our order and it came out shortly after. When receiving the burger it was cold like it had Been sitting and was made incorrect. When checking about the burger the server said it was ordered that way when I know for 100% fact I ordered it with only onion, cheese and lettuce. At the end of the experience no one ever came to check in on us at all the whole time unless we FLAGGED them down. Also so much for bottomless fries…. We never got our fries replenished we only had the one small batch with my burger and that was it. All in all it was a horrible experience and my husband and I are very very unhappy.

Showed up for my daughter’s birthday with 6, 8 year olds and two adults. We were waiting almost an hour for a table even though we did the call ahead option an hour before we arrived. We were not upset about the wait – that’s to be expected on a Saturday night. However, when a male host snapped at my group of girls for being too loud and telling them they were over stimulating him that really rubbed me the wrong way. I had my girls shoved in the corner and they were playing charades keeping to themselves as best they could waiting for a table. Mind you this is a family establishment.. probably not the best place for someone who gets overstimulated by a group of pretty well behaved girls to work.
Other than that, the decor was super cute. This particular RR always goes all out for holidays and we loved it. Other hostesses were super friendly. Waitress was nice and attentive. We probably won’t be visiting again unfortunately as the situation wasn’t handled well by management.

My family and I come to Red Robin often and we always have a great experience. This visit was especially memorable because of our amazing waitress Meg. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her friendly attitude and great service really stood out.
We enjoy the food here every time. I personally love the burgers and salads. The bottomless fries are always a hit and the fire sauce is my favorite. It adds just the right amount of spice and flavor.
The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The kids always look forward to coming and that makes it even better. Big thank you to Meg for making our visit extra special. We will definitely be back again soon.
