We like visiting Red Robin on Veteran’s Day. The free burger is a good size. Kid’s meal and bottomless sides are both good deals. BBQ ribs are also surprisingly decent. I heard multiple locations are closing, hopefully this location isn’t one of them because it’s the best one in the area – fairly clean, spacious, and superb service.

Disappointing to say the least. I sat up in the bar due to no one being in the entrance to greet my friend and I and seat us. Had to wait 10 – 15 minutes before anyone came to ask us if we wanted any beverages. Once the bartender came with our beverages (which tasted like water) freckled lemonade and diet coke we ordered our food. I’m aware it takes at least 10 minutes to cook what we ordered we didn’t get anything until 45 to an hour after they had been ordered. No one came to check on us and had been pretty much ignored the whole time. The customer service was horrible and it wasn’t busy either. It’s like 8:00pm and has maybe 4 guests in the whole restaurant so it shouldn’t have been an issue. Food wasn’t good either it was cold and wasn’t worth the 20$ paid for x2. Very disappointed with the experience received. Don’t recommend

We had a wonderful dinner at Red Robin! As always, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. What truly made our visit perfect was Lauren – she took such amazing care of us and made the whole evening special. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. That’s exactly the kind of service you hope for! Huge compliments to Lauren – she really turned a great dinner into an outstanding experience

I have ordered online with a third party delivery. First 2 times I got salads as I cannot eat bread. Salads were both watered down. So this time I decided to order a BLT croissant with a custom lettuce wrap. That didn’t come out right. Makes eating a little difficult and I don’t get a refund because we received it.

Service and atmosphere were great and as expected.

The issue was the food. I have not been in a year or two, but the burger quality was super disappointing (which is sad). Buns appeared to be the cheapest looking buns you could get, the meat was significantly smaller and mushier, and the toppings kinda melded altogether to make a homogeneous goop. All four of the burgers we ordered had this same conclusion.

Fries were great!

I’ll give RR another opportunity, but if it has the same result….the burgers won’t be worth the cost.

The food is ok, but the burgers have gotten smaller and I want to get full on food, not soda and fries. I can eat some fries but not two or 3 baskets full. I remember the burgers were bigger and would fit my hand and recently it has seemed smaller and not as illustrated and looked taller rather than wider and easily falls apart. I guess for the promo price sometimes we can order sides, but how much potato can one eat? They bring so few fries in the beginning and then you have to order another side and they act like they’re doing the biggest favor for the “bottomless” side. It’s not like I’m eating 22 potatoes worth anyway.

Couldn’t get a seat because there was no host. Waited some time then went to sit in the bar it smelled like smoke and no bartender was there. Went back down to finally see someone handing over take out orders. When we asked to be seated we were told to sit down and wait to be out of the way.

Service has fallen off recently. My family and I used to love take out here, but we’re not coming back after tonight. First, there were 5 meals with extra fries, but we only got 4, and one of the 4 we got was obviously dropped on the floor and scooped back into the box. My son opened the box and there was hair on it in the box!!! Additionally, all of the fries tasted at LEAST a day old already. The boneless chicken bites, which is meant to be sauced, was so dry, it was HEINOUS. The carrots were not peeled and had carrot blush in the container. The tsunami shrimp was a tsunami of day old separated grease congealing in the box. Whoever makes those chips needs help. These were so stale, they were mushy. We always used to get a container of sauce, but not today. Also, we scheduled the order for 7pm, got there a little early and called on the dot of 7 and we were told they would be right out with the order. 20 minutes in their parking lot later, I call again and same story. This time, a woman runs out with the food and I ask her, “Did this sit for 20 minutes?” and she BOLTED without even speaking to me. Every single bite was cold and old. The fries were COLD. The onion rings were COLD. Birthday dinner for 5 people and nobody ate. Disappointing, do better, but not for us. This was our last time, and this was just awful and wrong.

I am a regular customer for this restaurant for so many years. But it’s funny recently they have changed the menus and you can’t even use your rewards anymore. The server showed no interest at our table what so ever , she didn’t even acknowledge our table and as soon we sat down she asked what we could order.we didn’t had a chance to look at the menu at all like she was in a hurry and she had a tone of voice like very short with us , and we didn’t appreciate it. So my point is that there was a table in front of us she paid all the attention towards that table not at once she asked us how’s everything only the other table got lots of attention maybe we weren’t her culture type people , also we had to ask for things each time she passed by. What a shame that the employees have attitude problems towards the customers. And I think this place is going down hill . You won’t expect me n my family going back to this restaurant anymore. And the manager wasn’t very helpful neither .

Malisa & the kitchen crew are stars! Tonight, we had some of the best service we’ve ever had from Malisa & the kitchen staff at Kent Red Robin. We arrived before closing, but late enough that serving us required them to stay late, yet they gladly served the 6 of us. Then they accidentally gave us the wrong burger, & despite our insistance that it was ok, they still made the burger we ordered, in addition to the one they gave us. Malisa said, “We need to make it right”, even though that made closing even later. Malisa, herself, was phenomenal! She was professional, while at the same time making us feel like guests in her home. She was warm, giving, and anticipated our needs and then some. We felt like VIPs, which was meaningful to us, as we’re unable to go to restaurants often, and we were also celebrating 2 birthdays. On top of all of that, all the burgers (& fries), were the best we’ve had in a long time! I know that extremely glowing reviews can seem exaggerative, but I’m actually not even explaining the extent of how excellent they served us, especially considering we were making them stay late. Thank you, Malisa & Crew, for making our night so special!
