My boyfriend and I usually frequent this location and the Federal Way Red Robin has been my family’s go to, especially their old location. The service here is usually pretty good, the food here has always been on point, the drinks have definitely gone down (don’t think it’s the staff either, I think Red Robin’s in general has watered down their freckled drinks as I noticed all locations taste the same and not as flavorful). I’m surprised I haven’t left a review yet but I can say it is consistently a perfect five stars each time.
My boyfriend and I came here on Christmas Eve and I needed to use my birthday burger reward quickly since it expires at the end of the month. We arrived close to opening and there were quite a bit of cars in the parking lot as well as tables inside filled with parties of all sizes. It was definitely busy but the employees were on it and were able to get everyone seated and our server, Erica was very sweet. She definitely seemed like she was overwhelmed and it looked like she was the only real server with a male employee helping deliver foods. We were able to get our order in a little bit after we got seated. I also asked Erica if I could get a birthday sundae without the song and she was happy to accommodate that. Plus someone else had a birthday so if I got to hear the song anyways which was nice as they changed it up since I last heard it as a child.
My partner got the A.1. Steakhouse Burger and I got the Scorpion Burger. We found out that you can buy the fries seasoning that they have which is neat as online it says they don’t offer it but I’ll have to consider as it is a must have for their steak fries. It take some time for food to arrive but it was a busy start for them as they were busy since they opened. We asked for some pink and the cooks nailed it. The fries were great too and we were able to get a couple refills before we had to call it quits. The campfire and honey mustard poppyseed are my favorite sauces for the fries here. I love that each visit has been consistently good for the several years that I have been here from when I was a child to an adult.

Got in the bar on Valentine’s Day around 4 pm. Was busy, 7/8th’s full, and time to getting noticed was a little slow. Food ordered and waited a reasonable amount of time to get it. Small onion ring tower and two burgers with fries. Burgers on point, so was the o-rings, but the fries not so much. Could have complained, but was pretty busy, server not around much, and by the time she came back to check on us we were done. Notice I didn’t flame them in the star rating… Busy day, we got in right away, but I think that contributed to our meal not being as good as this place usually is. We’ll be back, but expect better next time.

Huge shout out to Ivy for taking care of us before closing! After a long day she still aced serving us! Please give her a pay raise and a months paid vacation! The food came out fresh and hot even an hour before closing, surpassing my expectations. I even think Ivy brewed a fresh batch of ice tea for us! Perfect service amazing food and amazing location! Once again Red Robins staff hits a grand slam! Ps .. those were baskets of fries I ate.. endless sweet endless fries!

Dinner at 6 p.m. on a Saturday night. They were busy and we had a reasonable 10 minute wait before we were seated. We were already to order when the server came by to get our drink order so we ordered up everything. I tried ordering chili as an appetizer but it’s not on the menu. I think that would be a great addition. Dinner came quickly and it did not disappoint. I had the Scorpion burger with bottomless fries with tartar sauce. The burger came with pepper jack cheese, crispy jalapenos, pickles, hot rings, lettuce, tomatos and garlic aioli sauce. It was delicious. My wife had Red’s double tavern burger and fries. Her burger came with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and a special sauce. My sister-in-law had the boneless chicken bites with Scorpion sauce. These are all white meat crispy bites with fiery heat and a sweet and fruity finish served with Yukon chips. We all enjoyed dinner and will be back soon.

Came in for a late lunch early dinner. They were in between shifts so had to wait a few minutes.
Once at our table server took care us very well. Meal was very enjoyable and well prepared.
Great job – onion ring tower meal in itself, southern charm burger excellent, the works pizza very good.

We visited here today, and Erica’s service was so nice and nice! We’re here for a tour, and while we were waiting for our burger, they gave us a complimentary French fry and two sauces. Both the Ranch and Barbecue sauces were so delicious. Make sure to eat for the tourists!

The burger was really big and fresh and delicious, and they gave us six free sauces, which we really enjoyed! Their burgers and French fries seem to be made with fresh oil, and they’re not salty and really delicious.
We were about to takeout afterwards, and they even wrote a message on the lid. I’m so touched! We weren’t able to finish it because we were full, but drinks and French fries are refillable. I can’t believe we can refill them at this price! How amazing!
We had BBQ burgers and cheeseburgers and strawberry lemonade, just lemonade and orange cream soda, and they were all the best!

This new location was perfect and clean. The service was excellent. The food was super good .I had the Pig Out Tavern Burger perfect portions. The mozzarella sticks were awesome. My son had the smoking pepper Burger he loved it.

Quite possibly the most tasteless bacon cheeseburger ive ever had. Service was good, buy the presentation and quality of food was pathetic. Ye, you get “bottomless” sides. 10 fries on the plate next to a $17 burger is an insult. Especially when they will bring you more on request. Make it look like your trying to offer a real meal on the first round. Reception was a 5 min wait for someone to shiw up, only to be greeted with “hi” and how many when there are only 2 of us stand there together at the desk. Won’t be going back to RR any time soon.

We received our food and my order was wrong. By the time my husband finished his i still hadn’t received mine. We finally asked to cancel my order and 30 seconds later my order came wrong again. We asked for the bill, waited about 10 minutes. Nothing. Won’t be back. Would have also liked if I was asked if I wanted more fries or water or drinks.
