Came here for lunch before Emerald Downs. Our waiter Sebastian was very friendly and efficient. We were able to get a table fast, get food fast with no issues and on our way really quick compared to other Red Robin locations.

I used to love Red Robin and particularly this location. Last visit, the portions were tiny compared to usual, the fries were cold, and the California Chicken Sandwich came with no guacamole (which is kind of the distinguishing factor for the sandwich). I wrote a review to their customer service as I was requested to and was offered a refund, which would have been great and the end of it (I get that mistakes can happen)- except then the offered refund never came, so now I’m disappointed and let down twice instead of just once. Avoid this location. At least they can’t screw up the ranch sauce…

Came in here with the idea of lunch with my husband. How you guys think it’s OK the level of cleanliness that you maintain is beyond me. 2 o’clock on a Saturday. The amount of dirt, dust and overall appearance was gross. We were sat in the back, behind the bar in the corner. My view while I’m eating shouldn’t be grime. I shouldn’t be looking at a extremely dirty busting cart. Or the waitresses computer caked in nasty. The same people who are bringing my food are touching that. The computer on the table clearly hasn’t been wiped down in between customers. The blinds and window sill hands down the worst. There was dust, hair, food all over the slats. I feel those need to be closed at the least twice a week and wiped down. We ended up leaving before ordering food. Will not be returning to this Red Robin. If you don’t value the area your customers are sitting and what they’re seeing, then I can only imagine the kitchen.

It was an okay experience. Greeter had an attitude, the waitress was great, and food was fine. The house margaritas were more mixer than alcohol, side salad was meh, I was given a sticky fork, and the bar area reeked of bleach. I miss the Red Robin of years past. Dined there on 07/22/23 around 1230 PM

We were seated . We sat there for 20 minutes with no further engagement by any other employee. So we got up and left. We have enjoyed this Red Robin many times before.

The server was nice, but we felt like we were completely ignored. Very slow service and they were not very busy. We got a very small “bottomless” fries with our drinks and then no more until we got our food. Food took nearly 45 minutes, was barely warm and burgers were dripping grease.

Server did the best she could with it being so busy. We got cold mozzarella sticks so we sent them back. A few minutes later they came back and were hot. A little while after that we heard the server tell the table next to us that the kitchen was behind 45 minutes for all beef. We had been waiting at least 15 minutes at this point so we decided to stay. It took almost another hour to get our food. They forgot the salad until we asked. Didn’t refill our fries or water the whole time. Did nothing to compensate for the ridiculous wait time.

We went for dinner on a Sunday evening. 15 minute wait….turned into 25 minutes. Out of soda, clean silverware, and beer. Sat at the table waited 15 minutes for someone to greet us or take orders. 45 minutes later food came out. Things were dirty in carpet, blinds on the windows. Not a good experience at all.
