They should put a disclaimer for online ordering. Order at your own risk It took me forever to get there because of the floods and I was more concerned about getting home than checking what was in the bag. An hour after I ordered finally got home only to discover 3 things missing. The only thing I could eat was the salad and they forgot it! Forgot the fries and dipping sauces also. I want my tip returned because they don’t deserve it!!!

Ordered pick up got a whisky burger with sweet potato fries. Was prompted to pick up at 4:49 was in the door at 4:53 went back to holiday inn ready to grub. First item I went for was the fries and they were cold, not cold cold but definitely not even warm. Proceeded to the burger and it was to be desired the patty was thin the top bun was thick and it was room temp. I was expecting more for $30 bucks and the Dr. Pepper taste like Pepsi.
Now I do have to say the host at the front was nice and attentive and the restaurant itself is very nice.

Not worth the price. Bad food quality. Do not order the mikes hot honey with red pepper flakes. There is nothing hot about it.
Also the ranch was watered down.
The avacado salad had avacado that was already brown in spots, as well the lettuce was not fresh.
The chicken strips and fries were as usual.
$62 for 2 of us.
Paying a high price at Red Robin I would expect better quality food.

Was there for my eldest daughter bday ,server was extra nice ,way way better than Lakewood red robins was rude to my granddaughter mad we didn’t leave tip had do complaints,n never going to that one again !!!!

Absolutely great food with even better service and many great priced options. Stopped for lunch with my love and it was under $30 with bottomless garlic parmesan fries and rasbery lemonade a plenty. Will definitely be back again soon.

Red Robin’s always has good food. The service almost everywhere I go, sucks. It always takes forever to get refills on drinks. Tonight was no different. Please try your staff to learn how to keep up on this. This is 70% of what I base my tips on.

Decent place I guess. Had a burger and fries do have an oily aftertaste, probably the oil they use. Overall I think low quality meat. I wish they had better meat upgrades.

It had bee a long time since I went to Red Robin. I eagerly anticipated a great burger and onion rings. I am really sorry to say that I was disappointed. The onion rings were good, but the burger was not. It was somewhat dry, but the real difference was how small it had become. Quite a difference to how it was several years ago. On the upside, the waiter was very nice and attentative. I have done a fair amount of reviews recently and this is my first negative one. It doesn’t make me feel good, but, what good is a review if it isn’t an honest one!!!
