Went here last night with a party of 6. We got sat right away but they put us at two pushed together tables that weren’t the same height so it was awkward to sit there comfortably. Our waitress came over right away but didn’t seem too excited to be working. She took our drink orders and took a very long time to bring them back. Then we all ordered food and she brought one tiny basket of fries to the table that were gone in two seconds between the six of us, and also despite us ordering regular and sweet potato fries and ranch and campfire sauce- just a small handful of regular fries was brought once. Then all of our drinks ran out and we sat there for what felt like forever with nothing. Not even napkins. I thought maybe it was super busy but it really wasn’t and the people behind us were consistently being attended to. My husband finally had to flag our waitress down to ask for drink refills, fries, sauce. She brought it all back but it seemed like she was mad at us and we didn’t do anything except be ignored. After that we didn’t see her again until she brought the bill. Someone else delivered our food and he was nice enough but we didn’t have enough napkins for the table so we had to tear one in half to share it. Drinks ran out again… we ordered an additional meal for someone back home when we first sat down and that was forgotten, after we reminded them we had to wait a long time for it to show up. It was a bummer because we frequent other Red Robin’s, and they have great service- but this was not one of them. Expensive to be so disappointing.

We love Red Robin!! The Burgers are always delicious and they have such a good variety of burgers as well as other foods. The service is almost always fantastic. The restaurant is clean and the design and decorations are fun. Always sports on the TV’s. Bottomless fries as well as other sides. Basically on par price wise with most other places these days. Highly recommend for great burgers and a fun family atmosphere.

On 11/23/25 I took my granddaughter and two of her friends to Red Robin for lunch for my granddaughter’s birthday the food was definitely not worth $100 my hamburger tasted like cardboard I’m not sure that many of the ingredients were fresh. The service was VERY PUSHY THE server kept pushing us to order I kept telling him we needed more time and he kept coming by like every minute to see if we needed to order. Needless to say I will never eat there again it was definitely not worth $100

We won a gift card so decided to try it out for a date night. After trying to pay, they said the gift card system was down so we didn’t even get to use the card. The food was decent but the service was poor as the server was blunt and only interacted with us twice, once to take the order and once to give the check. Not sure when the gift card system will be fixed. Not sure I’d come back even if it is.

Literally the WORST service I’ve ever had in a restaurant!! We went just after opening so it was slow. But our waitress took forever getting to us. She was slightly rude. She didn’t bring the ranch with the meal we asked for when we ordered. Then she just disappeared. Never saw her again. Had to flag down the manager to get some ranch and a chocolate milk refill. By that point me and my husband were already done eating and my daughter was waiting for her ranch the entire time. Our drinks were empty the whole meal and nobody offered refills. We didn’t get any extra sides even though they are supposed to be bottomless. Then when we finally got someone to bring us the check it took them 20 minutes to come pick up our card. We were just sitting waiting. No idy ever checked on us. Ill never be back to this location.

Ordered the whiskey river burger. It’s so flavorful and yummy. I absolutely love it. I ordered this item to go. Was no wait at all. The prices are a bit high Hard to believe an 8 dollar burger is now a $20 burger. I had to work well over 1 and a half hours just to afford to eat here. If your looking for a deal money wise this isn’t the place. The burger is good the fries are good and so is the ranch dipping sauce, I’m still In Shock over the price. Other than that I like the food. Wouldn’t recommend to someone on a budget.

I had never been to a Red Robin before and I was almost completely happy! My only complaint is that the fries weren’t crispy at all but I was so happy with the other food that that was not an issue. The Bailey’s shake was delicious and I absolutely loved the campfire mayo with the pickles! It was also pretty affordable and the service was great!

We have eaten here many times, and today was the worst service we’ve ever received! Started out good, manager came and took our order for the waitress ( very busy). Waitress came and introduced herself. Another waitress brought the food, minus one order. Ten minutes later the manager stopped and asked if something was wrong with my burger. My response was what burger! Apparently it was never ordered! Told them to forget it! Had to ask again for sauce that was ordered and a fork for the veggies. Never got the extra fries, never offered refills on drinks, no napkins given! Only time our waitress even came to the table was when we asked for more fries and to get payment! All she could do was say sorry. So disappointed with it all tonight!
