The food was delicious but the fries were abit over cooked this time. I did find the mozzarella stick did change to softer breading. Those were good to then came time to dessert. I got the cookies thinking them were small but five large ones. When came time to eat them still cold not even warm. They tasted like the Winco bakery and texture. Over all the food was food but I pass the cookies next time.

The food was good but The Caucasian Lady who gave me my food at 345pm February 4th, 2026 was Racist. She gave me Carbonated Water no flavor. I checked before leaving. Then she didn’t give me a straw both times. When she came back my drink looked like she put a few sprinkles of dirt in it. This Military Vet tip well and didn’t ask for a discount that is showing on red robbin signs. But this is the service I get. Need to hire a more diverse staff. I also said thank you twice and no customer service was returned. Just a unwelcoming look. Ps: The egg was a paper thin piece of black with a yellow circle on top. Meaning they used half a egg instead of the 1 egg I paid for and they fried it in a dirty skillet because it was as black as the hamburger meat.

I haven’t been for a few years because the last time I was here the food was pretty bland and the place was a mess.

First of all, not sure when but there has definitely been a renovation. The place looks great, and has a great atmosphere.

The food was better than the last time I was here. The fries were higher quality, and my burger was clean and delicious. It used to be just picking up a burger left a puddle on my plate. No more.

Each table has a touch screen kiosk on it, that was both cool and annoying. It let you order food, but not your entree, so I still had to wait for a server to start. It had games for the table on it, which would be amazing, but it wanted me to pay for them? What? So you didn’t put them there so I could enjoy myself while waiting for food, or to entertain kids, but you basically have an app store that only works in your restaurant. We can just download games on our phones then and take them with us.

My server was AWFUL. I remembered why I don’t come to these places anymore. I took a long lunch so I could come here, and I had more order all ready.

I had to tell her my order again, because she said she didn’t write it down because I needed to order a drink first. Then I asked if I could add a side of onion rings, because of the big letters “+ADD TO YOUR MEAL” on the menu, and she said no, but tried to sell me a full onion ring appetizer for three times the price. THEN, even after I had made it clear I wasn’t up for a lot of discussion, she spent five minutes trying to push gift cards on me to help her “team”. When I said no she got upset and asked “why don’t you want to help me?” It was just awkward.

And then I sat and sat and sat and I turned out you checked out with the kiosk, which again, would have been REALLY COOL, but since I couldn’t start my meal with it I didn’t know I could end my meal with it.

Basically, fix the functionality of your table computers and then get rid of your servers or tell them to shut up.

Got a burger here today with steak fries and then their amazing brownie ice cream cake thing, whatever it was. Not only are the portions Fair but the quality is exceptional and The taste blew me away. Haven’t had Red Robin in over a year and I was indifferent about them. No real strong opinions either way. Decided to order delivery and boy was I glad I did. It tasted great and the burger was so good. I wanted to slow down in between each bite because the flavor, the juiciness along with the char on the outside was a perfect combination. Great job guys .

I was very disappointed in our adventure yesterday to Red Robin. Usually I’m really happy with them because they can put a veggie burger or impossible Burger on anything as a substitution. But my impossible Burger was very mushy. I had to eat my burger with a fork which is terrible. I know that it is a wetter burger (bonsai burger) because of the pineapple but I shouldn’t have to eat it with a fork. The bun did not stand up to the burger at all.
The other problem was was the customer service. When we came in the host and hostess at the front were not the most polite when we did not want to sit at the bar even though our reasons were for disabilities (the stools are too high and there were no booths available).
The waitress was training a new person which was totally fine. He was very nice but she never came back to ask us if we wanted more fries. She was really good about getting us drinks and we never were out for too long of those but I want a more fries and she never came back around. I understand it was really busy but at the same time I wanted more fries. When she was around she was nice but it was just frustrating to not have more service.

Good family restaurant burger and if you like the thick steak fries this is the place to go.

The servers are inconsistent sometimes it great and sometimes you wish you are somewhere else.

The food is pretty consistent but our burgers were not hot they were barely warm borderline cold.
Instead of just getting another hot burger they gave us some story but not having hot burgers so the cheese doesn’t melt on them for the look of the cheese.

I’m not sure if this is a restaurant protocol or corporate?

The server made us feel like we were hugging the server for items such as mustard or napkin’s.

Nobody really like to serve people but we cook 90% at home and the very few time we get out to eat it would be nice if Red Robin hires servers that may possibly like their job. A lot of servers should not be servers but it will make or break enjoying your meal and evening.

I’ve been coming to Red Robin since I was a child. Specifically the one at mall 205. And I’ve noticed how over the years the fries lost their shine, some places make them too soggy and some always lack the seasoning. But this location. They do it right. All our food was so well done. So whoever they have in the back making everyone’s food even during the rush-hour’s when we went. Kudos to them. The staff here is very hard working too. We’ll be choosing this location more often.

At this Red Robin location we were seated and attended as expected, service was not bad but not as lively as you’d expect, when I arrived with my family there was barely anyone seated, so we expected to be served our food quickly, it was the complete opposite, we waited at least 25 minutes after ordering our food, which later we were told something we ordered was all ready out, I wish we would’ve been told before ordering to not have to wait so long for the food to come out, once the food came out the fries were cold my burger bun was toasted for a bit to long and it was crunchy rather than grilled and soft. Food was good I just wish our food was served faster and we were let know in advance that they had ran out, or at least why we waited so long for our food.
