My Dad’s 94th birthday and we met at Red Robin for lunch. It was a long drawn out affair as we had to wait for someone else to show up. But the young lady in the bar area was so very nice about it. We got appetizers… zucchini sticks and onion rings … yum to both!! while we waited…lol.. When my brother arrived she was right there after he sat down… chatted with us, got our order and endured my dad asking for her phone number. I had told her about his birthday and asked if we could get a dessert brought out later and they overdid themselves fudge brownie and vanilla ice cream with sliced strawberries and happy 94th b-day written in chocolate sauce. Food was and is always good. Service was outstanding!!! That one person made it so much more than just lunch with Dad.

Went on a Saturday night and service was so fast. Got seated right away and food only took like 8 minutes to come out. The food tasted good! Friendly staff. Overall great service.

Worst experience here ever. Eat here all the time because it’s 5 minutes from our home. Take out order was $40+ and was entirely cold and not fresh. And the burger looked like someone played catch with it. Disappointing to pay that much and get so little in return. See pic of burger.

Food and service are good. We frequent this place a lot. The bathrooms are absolutely horrendous every single time. They smell absolutely awful and nauseating. You better pray you don’t get seated near them. We had to move tables after 5 minutes and watched 4 different groups move from the exact same table within 20 minutes.

We came here on Valentine’s Day with our grandkids. We expected it to be busy. And it was. But what I didn’t expect was great service, food that was fast and even though there was a mistake. It was corrected. Everyone we encountered from our waitress to the manager to all the rest of the staff were truly exceptional. We appreciated the happy demeanor of the all the staff. Thank you!

Easy place to take the kids. Food is good most of the visits. Service can be hit or miss depending on staff moods. Lots of fun stuff to look at while you wait in the booth.

Very upset with this Red Robin. Store was busy when I came in with my 80 year old friend. We were offered to sit, by the waitress at the front, at the booth by the bar as we were trying to avoid the noise of the restaurant. We took our seats and about three minutes later a waitress came by to give us menus, her name is Anna.
Anna , who herself looks to be barely 18, carded me immediately. This is despite that my friend and I are at a booth, not the bar directly, and neither of us even asked for alcohol. I don’t even and have never drank. To top that off, I am well into my thirties. Was pretty insulted by this but whatever, I had to explain to her that just a week and a half ago my wallet and ID were stolen and I was still in the process of waiting for the sheriff to get a property release form so I could get it back. She said, if you dont have ID, then you can’t sit here anyway and we were offered to go wait for another table in the busy loud area to open as if we hadnt already been in the restaurant. I remembered I had a photo of my ID on my phone and pulled it up but she said she couldn’t accept a photo. Make it make sense Red Robin, if you can’t accept a photo because it can be doctored, guess what? So can a piece of printed and laminated plastic.
As if it couldn’t be more irritating I caught a good look at Anna’s shirt as well. She was wearing a “Gay Pride” Red Robin employee shirt. I could have sworn Red Robin claims to be family friendly. If so then why is an employee allowed to wear political clothing expressing a controversial opinion? I don’t care or mind that some people have abnormal sexual desires and I don’t care what those people do in their own private spaces and homes, but why does that need to be shoved in the faces of guests and children at a restaurant? Why does Red Robin endorse this?
Needless to say, I ended up leaving and going to a Mexican restaurant just a block away. Wasn’t carded, just served great food and faster than this Red Robin would have been. Doesn’t look like I’ll be coming back anytime soon. Change your garbage policies Red Robin.

We ordered the A1 burger. No A1 taste. The meat was bland. The bun disintegrated while eating. I’m not sure of the cause… It was a disaster. The lemon cake was fabulous, and the chocolate shortbread dessert tasted freezer burnt or stale,I couldn’t quite decipher. I was incredibly suprised by the decline in quality of the food…

Red Robbin was unexpectedly good. After having read reviews about this place being overpriced, I was expecting to be disappointed. But I definitely wasn’t. I ordered the shrooms burger with fries and a Pale Ale from the drafts selection. I ordered the burger “not pink”. Burger was so good. Patties flavorful and well grilled, plenty of mushrooms, overall a juicy and flavorful burger. Fries are amazing, probably fried in steak fat, crispy and flavorful on the outside and soft on the inside. Their signature seasoning is salty and adds a nice flavor. The portions are huge. The ale was crisp. Service was great from Tracy. This place is definitely worth the price.

Today I decided to breakaway from my usual lunch time meal and headed to Red Robin’s, can truly say that the quality of the food was excellent, I wanted to try the Dave’s Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. And just gonna say best sandwich I’ve had in a long time cooked it just right with the perfect amount of sauce and veggies on it. The spice level was phenomenal especially being paired small side of their poppy seed honey mustard. 10 of 10 would highly recommend and will probably come back for the same order.
