The restaurant is located inside the mall, right next to the buffet, so it’s always very busy with high foot traffic. However, it appears to be understaffed, and as a result, the service is not as good as expected compared to other locations.

Friday afternoon was a pleasant one. I actually went for a nice bite to eat and hey, Fridays are awesome! As for the lunch, it’s awesome. Normally, I would get one of my usuals and that would be the Royal Red Robin burger with a side of fries. I went for a pink a bit on the burger and tried sweet potato fries and it’s yummy and awesome! The service is nice and pleasant. It’s like a way to get out of sad times I have and going back to Red Robin takes me back to the happy times of middle school. Danielle who took care of me was so nice and the food is awesome. As well who delivered my food to the table is nice and checking with me. I got my water refilled by Danielle and long with the fries as bottomless. Sandra who got my fries delivered fresh out of the kitchen delivered nicely and with a smile. Awesome time at Red Robin and looking forward for a good time in the future visits

The food was really good – I tried their Royal Red Robin Burger, and it was juicy with the perfect mix of flavors. The bottomless fries were crispy and tasty. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice for a casual meal. The only downside was that the wait time was a little longer than expected, but the food was worth it. I’ll definitely be back to try more burgers next time.

Their dipping sauces are the best part. My favorite is campfire (sweet), honey mustard, and ranch.

Service is fast. The new electronic order pad for employees has speeded up the service. More enjoyable place. 4/29/2022 very much improved. Fast service no waiting. 1/29 @ 6:30pm significantly improved. Waited at check-in for 10′ but they walked us to table after they seated the other 3 customers ahead of us. Love the appetizers. Try the mozzarella twists. Also u get 5 onion rings when u order it as side with meal which is a better deal. Also my son loved the Mac and cheese side. The veggie burger was ok but the patty was cold – looks like they hadn’t fully heated the frozen patty? Ok overall.
