This Red Robin is Burger Therapy…tasty and bottomless. They just understand. The kind waiter kept our bar-mixed coconut Cokes and fries coming. The ambiance is A+ with fun decor and football games on tv close by. How do you like your meat cooked?…they do it that way.
Front desk guy needs told us 10-15 minute wait, though open tables were everywhere. Thought that was a little weird; but he was true to his word.

The service was awesome!! Can’t remember everyone’s names but it was awesome how the person at the door acknowledged that we were ahead of the people that just ran up to the podium an sat us super fast!!
The server was on point especially with checking up on us to see how everything was going for us.
Just have to say the pizza was actually really good an would definitely recommend it to anyone!!
Definitely like coming to this location when passing through Fresno.

I used to bring my kids here and now I brought my grandson. They immediately sat us down and gave us bottomless fries soon after along with our drinks. Everyone was really friendly and he had a great time! Food was great! He’s a very picky eater right now but he ate his meal!

Tonight was so amazing! My boyfriend and I came in for a spontaneous date night and were immediately greeted with such a warm welcoming from Grace, our server Ivan was so helpful, and a shoutout to Eddy for being a great team member!! The drinks were amazing and well priced, and the food hit the spot! Highly recommend, we will be back soon!! Thank you Red Robin’s for a wonderful evening!

What can I say, it’s a Red Robin and this location lives up to the standard you expect from one. Gourmet burgers are a thing and that’s what they serve. The staff were friendly and attentive for what you expect at a good dine in restaurant. There are many sides to choose from including an excellent side salad. (Ate mine too fast before pics, sorry). The burger on the left had a bite taken before I could take an picture so it’s a little lopsided but believe me the presentation was great.

We have been RedRobin fans for years. Being a Vietnam vet; I thought that we would try Red Robin for their appreciation offer. I have never been so insulted. I was offered the cheapest burger on the menu. Please do not misunderstand me. I’m not looking for something free. I volunteered my service and would do it again. But their show of appreciation was just to save face. I know that restaurants operate on a tight budget; but, I would have appreciated a good hand shake more than give me a cheap burger: We will never darken their door again.

Unfortunately, we went back to Red Robin after almost a year, after giving them 4 stars in my first visit, I had to update it to 2 stars at this time.
It was my son’s birthday and he wanted to go there, a Tuesday afternoon, it wasn’t busy, few waiters only.
We were greeted and seated and Shane was our waiter. He was very friendly and helpful.
We order for appetizers wings bone -in and cheese sticks. They were out of wings, boneless wings and chicken tenders as a kids option, it’s ok. The cheese sticks, big plate like 8-10 pcs , but way below the average,
We ordered then avocado smashed burger, it wasn’t bad but for Red Robin as burger place ….. it could be way better. We ordered kids cheese burger for my daughter, honestly speaking… the worst ever, even a kid could tell that and she ate less than half of it.
My wife ordered grilled salmon, I know that she shouldn’t, but she likes salmon, unfortunately it was dry, over cooked and garnished with old smashed mini potato I guess and broccoli, the amount of broccoli was decent, but in general as a meal , no no no !!!
We ordered whiskey River ribs, they were too dry.
I ordered avocado chicken salad, it was good.
The funny part is about BOTTOMLESS FRIES, we had 3 basket of fries exactly right after we put the food order, 3 baskets with almost 20 pieces of fries in all of them. We asked what are those, the waiter answered no worries, it’s bottomless!!!! The second round with with the brownie cake that was really…. Not good.
I’m sorry Red Robin, but for a burger place since 1969 …… it’s a disaster!!!

We visit Red Robin about twice a year for a burger and some steak fries. Aliza took great care of us after Ari sat us. Wonderful driendly ladies who made our visit very enjoyable. Good caesar salad, our burger had bacon, american cheese, bleu cheese and mushrooms. All tasty!

I will never ever eat at this location ever again. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for every family occasion and with my last experience here will be my last. I came in reserving a table for a party of 10 the host told me it will be about 30 minutes wait. As time gone and customers are being seated I asked the host if we can be seated at our table since since the middle section where they usually sit a big group of people at was empty. She told me no and that we would have to wait till 4 more people from my party shows up and I said they are running late and already on thier way. Still she didnt want to sit us 45 mins to an hour passed and I told her I want cancel my party of 10 and can you just sit my family. She told me fine but if the rest of ur party shows up we cant sit you guys together. So they put us in a booth. My husband was upset and didnt understand why she couldnt sit us together once they all showed up. So we ask our waitress if it was possible to sit at the big table in the middle while we wait for our party and we can order drinks and appetizers and she said yes thats no problem. When the rest of my party showed up the hostess asked how many people for ur party to be seated and my nephew answered her my aunt is already here and her respose with an attitude “who Jasmin?!” With a disgusting face. With that response my nephew and his wife was confused and upset why she is being rude.My son was hungry and thirsty all we wanted was to be seated at our table order some drinks and appetizers as we wait for the rest of our family. I dont understand why she couldnt sit us down when the restaurant was slow and no one sitting in the middle section. When I have been there before with a party of 20 people and the last hostess sat us down when there was 10 of us there. When we received our fries it was only like 8-10 very skimp. When we paid they made my nephew pay twice because on thier end didnt show it went through even though he showed them on his end on his bank app that the payment went through and took the payment out of his account. Even after a week and half he tried getting his money back the manager on duty still gave him a hard time and a whole run around even after talking to the bank and to apple pay stating its the restaurant that needs to release the refund. You guys were rude arguing with him trying to offer him a gift card of $100 when he stated he didnt want that and wanted his money back and after you guys didnt want to give him his money back and told him you couldn’t do nothing about it but as soon as he left his money was released. All around my family and I experience at this location was terrible to the point we will start driving to the clovis location where they know how to treat customers. I would say the only good thing is our waitress young black woman with a small afro was kind and very tentative to us.
