My wife and I have had our ups and downs with this location but I can honestly says it’s gotten a whole lot better. The server we got this time around seemed like she was actually enjoying herself and that goes a long way in the food industry. Attentive and happy to get us whatever we needed. The food was also amazing. My burger was cooked to near perfection and the boneless wings were spot on. A good place to come if you want some good food and good cocktails.

It’s always enjoyable, but this time, we went for lunch on Memorial Day weekend. We each ordered a burger & bottomless salad…it took 25 minutes to get our food & 10 min to get our drinks. The better thing to have done would have been to serve us our salad first, and we would have gladly waited on the burger. Service was friendly but very, very slow.

The food was ok but the service was horrible. First of all we were supposed to get unlimited fries and we never did since they took so long on our food… not to mention it was not busy at ALL. Our original server didn’t even bring our food someone else brought it, they didn’t give us napkins nor offer it we had to ask. And on top of that i got 5 chicken tenders and fries and they gave me ONE side of ranch which is pathetic. The service was horrible & Jenny or jenna was our waiter so. 1/5.

The more and more and I go it’s more and more disappointing. Which is hard for me to say cause I absolutely love this place. Food is always good and the beers are always cold…but thier service needs help asap. Food took almost a hour to come out. Which was our problem last visit. We asked for more steak fries and they never brought them out. They messed up on my order which was sent back but took even longer. The waitress made it right by taking the order off the bill which was awesome! We will continue to keep going cause its my favorite place to eat. But I just wish they would get there service together.

Food was fine, up to red robin standards. But service felt rushed, wasn’t asked if we wanted refills on fries and had to ask for every drink refill. Probably will return just hope the server we get next time is having a better day.

We shared a wrap and sweet potato fries, the fries were cold and the wrap barely had any meat in it at all. The service was slow and there were only 3 other tables with people in the bar and they too had to ask for stuff. Beer was cold but due to the service only had time for 1. Sadly disappointed as I use to love going there and now I remember why I don’t.
