We came in for the pizza but unfortunately it was sold out. I figured it’s a popular item on the menu so it must be really good. We haven’t been here in years so we were not going to pass on the bottomless sides. You can’t beat that. Our server was very nice and helpful. The manger “William” even came out to check on the tables and even helped the servers out, which you rarely see in corporate food chains. My son enjoyed his food,fried, water and even said “ Will is cool and nice”. Lol . The kids mentioned they wanted to come back again. They enjoyed the food, the service and we enjoyed the relax vibe. My complements to the manager doing a great job with this location. He recommended we tried some other food and it was very good. Will be back!

I had such a wonderful experience dining here! Sole is the best waitress they have. The customer service truly stood out from the moment we sat down. The managers personally came by our table to check on us, which made us feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. Our waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. She checked on us often to make sure everything was perfect and even handed out Valentine’s candies, which was such a sweet and unexpected touch.
It’s rare to find a place where the staff goes above and beyond like this. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service made our visit memorable, and I can’t wait to come back. Laura was the host I saw today. She is pleasant, kind and patient. I came today to grab a quick lunch on my break, meaning I had to order “to go” Laura showed me the specials and listened to the order I chose and was quick to get my food ready and prepared. Even got me some extra fries in my order which is always a plus! I ordered the chicken sandwich and was crispy, freshly made and the sauce for it was awesome. Yah it seems extra on my input here but, I will say today was well worth the trip and time to get the service and food today.

Took a bit for our waitress to take our orders and drinks but after that she checked up on us very frequently and was very nice. Ordered the fish and shrimp duo. The fish was ok and I was pleasantly shocked at how good the shrimp was. Would definitely order this again.

Been going to Red Robin for years with my family, good food and quick service. Really disappointed tonight. Wait staff spilled lemonade on me, total accident understandable, but when the bill came we weren’t offered any sort of compensation. I dealt with being cold and sticky and uncomfortable thinking they’d be apologetic about it. I felt like a Karen asking for a manager when the bill came in full. The only thing they took off the bill after telling me “accidents happen” was the lemonade that spilled on me.
I think we’ll go to BJ’s for a while.

Guys, it’s been a long time since I’ve been here at Red Robin, but wow, it’s so good. I feel so bad that I’ve haven’t been here more often. We had their gourmet burgers, chicken strip, steak fries, and pepperoni pizza. WOW, my food soul meter was on so so happy. Brothers and sisters if you haven’t been here for a while like I have, you need to come. Like always, my sister’s and have good eats and God bless..

Been coming to Red Robin for years but have seen the gradual decline of it. Keep coming back because I want to see them make a comeback but leave disappointed. Service did not check on us at all. No offer for any refills and out bill was wrong. Took way too long to fix. If it were busy I’d understand but it wasn’t. Sad but see why they are closing so many restaurants.

Service can be a hit or miss, we usually order takeout because we live closeby and just pickup our food while walking the doggies. Love that they offer unlimited fries, with takeout they can be stingy on giving them fries but that helps us with not overeating! Sign up for their rewards program and get free burger on your birthday! They also have other promos from time to time which is great for my budget

Food went down in quality a little bit since first opening, however the service is significantly better since opening. Bottomless fries keeps dad happy, while mom is working on BLTA and daughter is sipping on freckled lemonade. Great dinner out.
