Great food. Great experience. Good place to watch the football game and eat. We were told a 15-minute wait but got placed almost immediately. Someone had a birthday behind us and the singing was a little loud and off-key but other than that good times. Honestly they could have warned us or sat us elsewhere. There was space. Can’t go wrong with bottomless sides and drinks. Get the sweet potato fries (fresh every time) and use the Red Robin seasoning.

I will never eat at this Red Robin again. It was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, the service was completely unacceptable. Our server disappeared for long stretches of time and was nowhere to be found whenever we needed anything—refills, condiments, even just basic check-ins.
It honestly felt like the staff had no training or sense of customer care. We waited far too long for simple things, and the overall atmosphere made it clear that good service is not a priority at this location. By the time we finally received our food and the check, the experience had already been ruined.
I’m shocked and disappointed that a national chain with a reputation for family dining would allow service like this. This visit was enough to convince me not to return. One star, and I won’t be coming back.

Good afternoon all. My wife and I just entered this establishment with no greeting from anybody. No front counter help so we sat our selves in the bar area. The place wasn’t busy at all and the first thing this young petite lady tells us that is no self seating before she even greets us. We looked confused and asked would you like us to move. She said no just remember on your next visit. So we sat about ten minutes no waiter no help nothing. As another family stands up with his hands up asking for service. We frequent this place due to the beer we like. Always a sacrifice for a beverage over service and food. This time we walked out and probably not coming be back. We frequent their so often we no Sean who works in the bar as well as his mom. Who were not there but the rest of the staff was very. Un attentive. Now we are off to another place.

We’ve eaten here several times over the last few months and every time it has been great. We are usually in a large party and the wait staff always takes great care of us. The endless fries are always replenished and the drinks always refilled without asking. It’s great! Delicious food and great menu selection. Did I mention the staff here is great? We have different servers each time and every time they are very friendly and super helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this location. We always feel so welcome that we probably stay way longer than we should because we are having too much fun. We always walk away satisfied and complete stuffed! Thanks for providing a great experience, always!
