Went here for dinner with family and everyone had a great time. I had the gluten free bacon cheese burger and fries. The crispy bacon and fries tasted great. Fantastic to have a local restaurant with so many gluten free options.

I was here on a Saturday night and they were seriously understaffed. The waitress was amazing, but she was managing too many tables. Seems like the wait staff had to bus tables as well. She was getting drinks, refilling fries, taking orders to tables, and everything else a waitor is supposed to do. It took about 15 minutes for her to get to our table once we sat down, then never received our drinks, never received a refill on our french fries. Not her fault, they were just way too busy for the amount of staff they had. Everyone was friendly, but we ended up leaving early because the service was so poor. Tons of other customers were getting pissed. The staff seem to handle it well, kudos to them, but there’s nothing they could do.

Red Robin never fails to disappoint! Went here for a nice dinner with family. We came here at 8pm and got seated quickly. We initially came because we had a giftcard but also due to the fact that there was a deal called The Big Yum Burger Deal for $9.99 which included Reds Tavern burger, any choice of a bottomless side, & any bottomless drink. You can also upgrade the bottomless drink for a dollar or 2 more to a rootbeer float! I ordered The Big Yum Burger Deal with a Reds Tavern burger, bottomless fries which I highly recommend, & a Sprite which was kind of watered down but I got a Rootbeer instead which tasted much better. Good sides to order are onion rings which come out very fresh and crispy and the sweet potato fries. The sauces that I recommend are the Campfire, Reds Tavern, Whiskey BBQ, Honney Poppy Mustard, & Ranch. Our waitress was amazing!! She definitely deserves a raise as she was helping us the entire time and even going the extra mile in everything she did! This was one of our best experiences at Red Robin and we will absolutely be coming back again soon!

I’d never been to a Red Robin b4 the 2x I’ve gone to this 1 this year. The 1st time my friend & I had issues with our server ignoring us, but the food was good. The 2nd time I came alone. Both times I ordered a cream soda which are bottomless so you get endless refills. What I received makes me question what these people consider a cream soda. As seen in my picture I got a soda with whipped cream on top of it this time, each refill had less whipped cream on top too. The menu description of the Dr. Pepper Vanilla Cream Soda I ordered this time says something about it having vanilla cream in the drink & topped with whipped cream. That is clearly not what I received, but the last time I was here it came with cream in the soda & whipped cream on top like the menu description said, but we got bad service. So I feel like I’m flipping a coin when I come here.

The food was amazing, the service was pathetic. We waited nearly an hour to be served by the server Melanie, was slightly rude , rolled her eyes when asked to top off our fries even when we had bottom top fries. Instead of refilling our lemonades, she just placed a lemonade cup for the customer to disperse to the rest of the table. Mind you I work with adults with a learning disability. She would apologize to other tables and ignore one of the first groups to arrive and be seated there. Not satisfied in this location at all.

Love the food but I actually had to call the store while I was in the booth to get somebody to come over and services even though the store was not busy they’ve downgraded the interiors of the Red robins which is a little upsetting but the food makes up for it

This was a couple months ago but I came to Red Robin for the first time with my brother and we were unfamiliar with everything. A fellow employee who served our table was very helpful, he explained a bit of the menu and the perks first time customers get for typing their email, and whenever we needed something he would come to us with a polite manner. I didnt catch the name of the employee (afro-American guy) but yall better give him a raise. Perfect 5 stars

Went here after a Volleyball tournament my families choice. My first time at Red Robin the service was great our waiter was very attentive there were 9 of us. He got everything just right. Food was good and the Margarita was so good. Everyone was satisfied. Thank you.

. Took the family out and the food nobody wanted to eat it. We were also seated literally up against other guests at a table after I requested a booth but was informed that there was only one server and that was the only table available. The whole restaurant was empty and now I know why. The staff was nice and trying but not enough staff to cover the clients. I will never return.

We were there on a wed. Afternoon, and it was so busy! We had a server who had waist length hair, and we had to flag her down so many times to get service! We came so I could earn points towards my free bday burger. I paid the bill in cash, and we waited a long time for the server to come back, and she never did. So, I didn’t get a receipt or my pints on a $46 bill! I called and the manager said he would try to credit my account, but he didn’t. Guess we won’t be coming there this mo th for my birthday. Ill think twice before going to this restaurant again.
