My son chose Red Robin for our family Sundate. He ordered the Bacon and Blue burger meal with the bottomless fries. Mom had the Tavern burger $9.99 deal which comes with bottomless fries and drink. My sister had the crispy fish and shrimp and fries. And I chose the BBQ ribs with a side of coleslaw. We also ordered the onion ring tower to share. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server was nice.

Disappointment and Discrimination at Red Robin
To the Management of Red Robin,
I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment regarding your combo special.
I ordered the special that comes with a burger, fries, and a soft drink. However, I requested milk instead of the soft drink. The waitress informed me that she would put water as my combo special drink but then charged me separately for the milk. This is completely unacceptable.
I do not drink soda, yet it feels as though you discriminate against customers like me by making it unnecessarily difficult to get a simple substitution. I even offered to pay the difference, but you still made the process complicated and unpleasant. It’s baffling how something so straightforward can turn into such an ordeal.
Your attitude suggests that you assume everyone drinks soda, which is clearly not the case. Making a minor change should not be met with resistance or extra charges beyond what is reasonable. This is not about the money but the principle. The level of common sense applied here seems nonexistent.
I urge you to reconsider your policies and train your staff to handle such requests with professionalism and fairness. Otherwise, you risk alienating customers who do not want to be treated this way.

The service and food were both satisfactory. The restaurant frequently offers enticing promotions and ensures that birthdays are commemorated in a special manner. However, there is a pressing need for improvement in maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises. The floors were visibly soiled, the tables were in an acceptable condition, but the restrooms were in an unhygienic state. Despite these shortcomings, the quality of the food remains commendable.

Since when has Red Robin’s started serving pizza?! It freaking amazing . I’ve always known them for a burger place, but when I saw the pizza on the menu, I had to try it. I was not disappointed! It was amazing for a burger spot. I thought I’d switch it up by trying the artic cod sandwich with unlimited Broccoli, and I gotta say it was great, would totally try again . Also ordered fish and chips with a side of garlic fries and coleslaw, the best combination. Try the pizza next time you go, it’s a must!

Tyland has the best customer service there! Been going there for years and he has been the best server I ever had there! Give him a raise! Highly recommend you ask for Tyland when you go to this location cuz i always will be.
