Loved it. For $10 I got so much food I almost barfed.

With deals like what you can find here, McDonald’s and other fast food joints are simply obsolete. Much better to sit down and enjoy a good meal in a cozy diner environment.

The food was good! Tons of amazing fries, a great quality double cheeseburger, and an okay hot chocolate. The quality is above average for a diner around here. For $10 it’s a deal that’ll keep me and my friends coming back.

Service was good. We had to flag waiters to get things but they were quick to oblige. Also the food came out pretty fast which was great. My only real complaint is that the tables are too small.

I will be back. Soon. With friends. Keep this place alive.

Our server was amazing and our food was so good!
They have a very diverse seating selection as far as booths and tables in different parts of the restaurant and seating outside.
The place is clean, and I’ve had good experiences here before as well. The main concern was that there was no one to greet us when we arrived and we had to wait a while before someone was able to come to see us and seat us, then it was still quite some time before our server was able to come and get a drink order and our food order.
She was super sweet and very good at her job! However, she literally was the only server on the floor.
We definitely enjoyed our food and we’re checked on multiple times by our server and twice by the manager.
The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked
I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Delicious burgers and wings. Their fries are bottomless meaning that you can get unlimited fries but they unfortunately take a little long to offer a second portion of fries or to come around so you can ask.

5.0 & none below!!! Alexis provided first rate service and exuded an authentic, personable ambience. She was very industrious, continuously accommodating to myself and other patrons, and prompt with servicing requests and follow up. I noticed Alexis demonstrated masterclass multi-tasking abilities, servicing the entire bar and cocktail area alone. She also showcased problem solving skills in the face of adversity, and was able to find a workaround when the soft serve machine experienced technical difficulties. Truly a model employee for the ideal customer experience.

I’ve been coming to this spot for years and overall, it’s usually a good experience. The staff is friendly, though at times it can be a bit tricky to flag someone down—but I assume they’re busy with other tables or possibly short-staffed. The food tends to come out in a reasonable amount of time, and the atmosphere is pleasant—not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation without shouting.

That said, the seating could use some attention. Some chairs feel noticeably worn or a little sticky, and once we were seated while the area was still drying, and there was a strong smell of an old cleaning rag lingering.

The food is decent though. Unlimited fries are nice but they don’t give you all that much. I ask for refills on them and they don’t bring much over. It seems to have decreased over the years in my observation. But at least it is still unlimited!

Lesson Learned. Keep good memories in the past where they belong. The Life-size Red Robin is gone as well. I’ve learned that the structure and name can be the same and that doesn’t mean the current food quality and service reflects what’s been experienced before. The waitress was outstanding and I could tell was making the best of a slippery situation. Kudos to Her! Farewell Red Robin.

Serious health code violation will not be coming back!

Manager Jessica after leaning against the wall chatting, walking away to drink from a personal bottle and not washing her hands before proceeded to check my to-go order by lifting the burger out of the box to see if it was right. When I brought it up to the employee handing me the food the manager got very defensive and said she “only touched the paper wrapper” I said yes but she also did other things without washing her hands and how am I supposed to know when she last did so. The manager then angrily snatched the food from the employee saying they’d remake it. As the manager was walking away, I hadn’t noticed but the person who just got their order was still waiting around and came up to me. She said she was glad I said something because she also saw what I saw her doing and said she saw her cough into her hands and was going to say something if I hadn’t!
Well manager Jessica was angrily putting my order back in I could hear her complaining about me to the other co-worker that originally handed me the food. At that point I was over this and told that employee I wanted to talk to a manager cuz I will be canceling this order. She proceeded to tell me that was the manager (I didn’t know at the time) but she could get me a different manager to talk to. I told her yes to the other manager and that I wanted that manager’s name. She hesitated saying “Jess..” and then fully said “Jessica” so who knows if that’s really her name.
Manager Jose then came to talk to me, I explained what happened and I’m not going to wait here with this attitude and I wanted my order cancelled and refund it. He listened and apologized for the inconvenience but I got the vibe that he didn’t care and just wanted me out. Funny enough he was actually who I talked to when I called to see if my to-go order was ready because I got there early and even greeted me we I came in second after the call.

Now I understand it’s normal for the chefs or even those packing the order to quickly lift/touch the food to make sure everything is correct. That is not the problem, the problem was that she touched multiple things out side the kitchen and proceeded to touch the food without washing her hands. Had she just done that in the first place nothing would have been said!

I’ve been coming to this Red Robin for years, live in the area grew up in the South Bay Mall. Though this is not been the first incident I’ve had that’s made me protests going for a bit this is definitely the one that will make me stop going permanently.

I will miss manager Gabby, she’s amazing and hold down the fort like a real boss!

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Red Robin. Still one of the best family oriented sit down burger joints.

The kids menu is reasonably priced, comes with a bottomless side and drink.

There are a couple newer burgers on the menu that are .

Friendly and attentive staff, especially since so many people need refills for their sides.

These restaurants need to be transparent. I’m done with taking my kids out to eat all this fake foods. We ordered smash burgers and we got this wierd thick meat. Disgusting! They are changing the meat on us. People need to stand up and speak up. This is our families eating. Where is your voice in things that really matter. Our health our bodies our money going into wierd fake crap.
