Amelia is the best server we’ve ever had at Red Robin! She was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She really knows her job and does it with so much professionalism and care. On top of that, she was so friendly and patient with our toddlers, which made the whole dining experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciated her kindness and excellent service—thank you, Amelia! We kept coming back because of her beautiful smile and fantastic service since the first time we came here. And we look forward to seeing her every time we come in! She deserves a BIG raise:)

Came with my Mom for a couple burgers. Waitress didn’t write anything down. Patty was cold. Ordered grilled jalapenos. The lettuce wrap part was right. Had to wait for waitress to walk by so we could ask for extra stuff that was already asked for, like mustard. Broccoli was supposed to have melted butter, as requested. Looked like slightly yellow water at the bottom of dish. Asked for more butter for my “cold” broccoli, to which the response was (eyebrow raise) “I don’t know. I can ask! It should have butter on it” waitress walks away, never to return with butter. Broccoli also tasted like fish. I only ate a few bites. For the prices they now charge, I could have had burgers all week at home that were 10 times better. Not an enjoyable experience. Red Robin has gone downhill.

The food was pretty good but the service not so much.. we were sat and given drinks but that was it. Afterwards wer were just left to ourselves with no one coming to check on us and when it was time to pay the bill, our tab was messed up. Not a great experience this time around @ Red Robin.

The Sparks Red Robin needs a huge deep clean. We visited right at opening time. Clearly no cleaning had been done. Restrooms were disgusting. Food and dirt on the floors in the dining room was horrible. And most definitely from months of poor cleaning. It had a musty dirty towel smell. Won’t be back.

I give a three because I do typically like their food especially for gluten friendly. But if you order on doordash or anything and you have pay extra for the gluten-free bun. Just be prepared because the restaurant was out of them. They do not credit your money back for it. They just give you a lettuce wrap. I found that to be very unprofessional. Maybe it should be something that they take off if they are out of their gluten-free buns considering it’s almost $4 to substitute.

Me and my man went to the Red Robin on Galleria Pkwy and Kim who was our server at the bar seating helped up 2 weeks prior. I just want to say she is amazing. She was the only one working the bar and the tables around. She was slammed both times.we went. One on a friday and once on a saturday. With no help. She always made sure we had everything we needed and our drinks were always full. She always had a good attitude and a great smile. Plus the food is always good and fresh. We will definitely be coming back more on Fridays while she is working. Because she does a phenomenal job! Keep up the good work Kim! We need more servers like you!

Five-Star Red Robin Experience Thanks to Amelia!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Red Robin, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Amelia. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home.

Amelia was attentive without being overbearing, making sure our drinks were always full and checking in just the right amount. She had great menu suggestions and handled our special requests with patience and professionalism. Despite the restaurant being busy, she never seemed rushed and made us feel like a priority.

The food was delicious as always, but it was Amelia’s outstanding service that truly made this visit memorable. She’s a true asset to the Red Robin team—we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her by name!

Had lunch with my teenage boys. They had asked for an extra side of Buzz sauce. They never received it. We had ordered drinks and drank them before our meal was out and was never asked if we wanted them to be refilled, when the food came out the fries were cold. Jada was our server and she never came to check on us. We have never had such horrible service before. I know we all have bad days. Hopefully she can learn to not take it out on the customer’s.

The service is horrible. We’ve been there twice now where numerous groups were served before anyone even greeted us. Today 2 tables were seated after us and both were served before myself and my husband, the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us until she was about to take a larger group’s order. Absolutely no reason to be so rude! Never going again!

The customer service here has been lacking the last few times we’ve been. Even so, my kids really love their burgers and so I tried to give it another shot tonight, as my son requested Red Robin as his restaurant-of-choice for his 10th birthday dinner. We stood near the host stand for a good 5 minutes waiting for the host to even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting to check in for a table. She did not look up from her iPad even once to greet us and was oblivious to the fact that she had new guests that had walked in (not just us) standing there in confusion/awkwardness. We ended up walking out, still without even being acknowledged by any staff members, and went to Olive Garden instead – where we were greeted right away. If Red Robin can clean up their customer service, we hope to be back one day to enjoy the burgers we love.
