First time at this restaurant. I had the tavern burger Big Red, hold sauce. A house salad, I ordered Yukon chips are a home made cooked hot fresh crunchy! All yummy! Great fast service. Clean.

I got the tavern burger turkey version and the oreo cookie milkshake! If you’re unable to eat the regular size burgers, then this may be the perfect size. I cut mine in half and ate half. The milkshake was so delicious and so was the burger. Although the regular size burger is no where near the size that’s advertised on their menu. The burgers on the menu are nonexistent. They are just pictures and not the real deal.

I will start off with saying that I have been a loyal Red Robin customer for many many years as the campfire sauce is a family favorite. But tonight was one of the worst experiences I have had as of yet and I really hate doing this review as every other location we have been to we have had nothing but good experiences. To start off we ordered a root beer float for my daughter and the I e cream did not come to our table until well after her root beer went flat and tasted no better than syrupy water. I ordered a Blue Moon and before I could state that I wanted a small she was off. She ended up giving me a giant one. Nest we ordered zucchini fries as an appetizer. They were completely inedible as they tasted burnt and as if they were cooked in dirty oil. We sent those back and the waitress never offered to make it right nor did she offer us the option to order another appetizer. Then when the food came bothe of our food was swimming as if doing the backstroke in a puddle of oil making our meals almost inedible. Then when the check came there were discrepancies as to the total being that the salmon I ordered was supposed to come with broccoli and a free bottomless side. Well that was not the case and waitress refused to fix the charge for the side that should have been free. Also how is the side bottomless if the waitress barely came to check on us and we never really got the chance to order refills let alone anything else for that matter. I think our taste for Red robin has been tarnished and we won’t be back at least not this location. That is unless I get some weird craving for old nasty oil soup that I absolutely cannot satisfy elsewhere.

Came at 2pm to sit in the bar area. Saw that there was happy hour in an hour so decided to come back. Made a bad decision to come back right at 3 instead of earlier because the bar top was full when we arrived. Decided to a wait since we get the best service at the bar. Guests at the bar finished thier meal but nobody cleaned the tables. Dirty plates sat there for so long that we took it upon ourselves to clean two seats for ourselves. the entire bar was filled with dishes. Saw a busser on the other side of the restaurant look at the dirty dishes and just walked by. Bartender was on her own taking orders for the entire bar area with no assistance from employees. Food was great!

Very disappointed this time. My burger had a chunk of onion bigger than both patties. No seasoning on the fries for both mine and or my fiancee. No ranch like they usually do. Appreciate that the app order was ready quick but they should have taken more time for quality control.

A place my husband and I go to frequently. One of the best places to eat a huge salad with chicken and avocado or a huge burger. Great variety of flavors. The milkshakes are also phenomenal. I recommend the Oreo milkshake. Today was another day of excellent service. We’ll be back soon. Thank you guys.

Decided to stop by on my way home with my brother. I had just left so it was pretty close to closing time and we figured we would just grab a quick burger and eat real quick.
Scorpion never disappoints. I always tell myself I’m going to try a different one but always end up ordering that. If I was going to it would be the mad love for sure but I just haven’t gotten around to ordering it.
Red Robin always gives me a retro burger Denny’s vibe. Love it, can’t go wrong with the bottomless fries with some of their seasoning. Definitely worth checking out for a decent burger.

My family and I came to this location for lunch, there was 5 of us in to total, the waitress do not check on us and we had to led flagging her down for things we needed a The server brought us our food. Me and My Husband ordered a similar burger and we sat at the table for about five minutes. Trying to figure out whose burger was who’s, it didn’t matter how you ordered your burger because they all came out well done. My son’s garlic parmesan chicken had only Parmesan cheese and nothing else. They had to remake it, no once did the server refill any of the bottomless drinks or fries. We went use the bathroom a the floor was sticky there was urine and the stalls not flushed and toilet paper on the floor, and it looked like tooth brush spit all over the mirror. When we went to pay the bill the up charged everything without informing, my son switched chips for fries they charged $1.50 without informing us beforehand. They charged My Husband $.99 for smokes ketchup which was ketchup with With pepper in we will not come back here

I want to give an update on my return experience to Red Robin Gourmet Burger. My disappointment frim the previous visit did not go well at all and I think it was due to various reasons that were out of the general managers control and could not be rectified at the time. but with exchanged emails with her, every single issue was resolved. Our return visit on 6/28/2023 was absolutely flawless from beginning to end, and the food was perfectly done to our requested order!. The server (Eleanor went above and beyond to take care of us along with her other tables as well and was constantly making sure that everyone was happy with their food).. The burgers were great, fries were hot and perfectly seasoned and our drinks were never empty!! I would like to thank the general manager for rectifying the issue and handling it in the most personal and professional manner. I would also like to thank our server Eleanor for giving us a great experience and taking great care of us.. We will definitely return!! The burgers seem to be getting smaller and the handmade patties are definitely NOT handmade. The French Fries were grossly over salted and will leave you with the feeling of dehydration and the pretzels were deep fried and burnt!. The service on the other hand was really good.
