First time at a RR in many years due to where we live. Remembered my last RR visit at another location in the Phoenix
area some time ago as very good. Prices are getting up there obviously like everywhere else, I get that. The portions were 50% less including the sides. So we get to eating and the sides were gone half way thru the meal. So you ask for more sides and 10 minutes go by before you get them. We were done with the sandwiches before we got the additional sides. Why not give a portion that negates even having to ask for more? Lastly, we pay the bill with the gadget on the table and didn’t notice til after the payment went thru and the receipt spit out that we were charged for an entertainment fee . I figured it was for tv and music but apparently there are games on the community device that we thought was for paying the bill and rest assured, we don’t play games on community devices especially. I gotta say, the entire experience was kind of a downer but the food was delish. It was like someone put me in a coma for 10 years and then woke me up to a new world of rip off. I know, it’s the new world we’ve been living in for the past decade but if you want this customer back, I want an experience that doesn’t end in regret $52 later after tip for 2 entrees and 1 drink as my wife drank water.
I challenge your restaurant to do right by this disappointed customer(s).

They actually messed up my hamburger.. Then they made it way better totally took care of it.The manager was awesome and made all of our food for free.I tried to pay for some of it, and he still made all of our food for free. This made me feel really good.And the food was excellent

Service was good, she kinda forgot about us for a lil bit, now the burgers were ok at best. Presentation of the meal was great but….The meat felt like it had no seasoning, the guacamole in the heatwave had a gross aftertaste(maybe because it was a little gray like when u leave it outside for a long time) the fries were nice and crispy. The best part was the onion rings and the lemon cake.

We went yesterday and the prices are insane for how small the burgers are. I got the heatwave burger and it wasn’t even a little bit spicy it was good but not spicy at all and very small patty , we could of gone to chili’s for a half pound burger for 10.00 . Also got a large margarita and it was nothing but ice, I got 5sips off a 8dollar margarita, and they should inform costumers that it cost money to use the tablet. I opened to games but never actually played them was just curious then saw we had a entertainment fee on our bill added because of it. We also asked for another side of the bottomless fries and they never showed up so we paid and left. Is the food good, yes but is it worth what we paid definitely not.

Stopped in on National Cheeseburger Day. We had the Big Yummy double cheeseburger deal with the endless fries & drink. It was excellent. Jaime checked on us often. The manager even came by to check on us. Thanks!

This is not a knock against this location in particular but rather the entire Red Robin as a whole.
My wife and I use to love coming to Red Robin as we were willing to pay more for their burgers.
However, last time we went shrinkflation has hit Red Robin.
I don’t mind paying more for quantity and quality but when you’re paying extra for a better experience and your burger is no larger than a typical In and Out burger the company has fallen off.
I use to get full off their burgers and my wife would always take a to go box. Now the burgers are small and not as fulfilling.
Sad because Red Robin was one of my favorite places to get a great burger and that is gone now.
Staff at this location is great and friendly, no complaints.
It appears this decision to shrink the food is at the corporate level.

A very good salmon and sweet potato fries. Friendly courteous service. Prompt attention. I have lived in Prescott for 5 years now and have only eaten here twice. I do believe we’ll be coming back.
