I won’t be coming back and that’s probably why I haven’t for a long time. The burgers are the only food that taste good. The fries are one of the worst, I rather choose their yukon chips. Kids pizza were not fresh tasted like straight from the freezer. On top of that our waitress only checked on us one time which we were missing a few items like fries and 2 other things. If we didn’t tell the missing items we probably won’t be getting it. It was not that busy I don’t understand why she is like that. Apple bees is twice as better and they do have more adult drinks.

Our dinner here was great! We came in for a birthday, and the staff was friendly and enthusiastic for our party to celebrate with them 🙂 Service was prompt, and we felt taken care of by our waitress.

I went with my friend and her family and it was just really nice. The waitstaff were nice. The food tasted amazing, but her mom’s burger was a bit messy. But, still a very good burger.That particular day it was nice and chill. Depending on the day however I know that it can be quite chaotic. Would definetly recommend.

The food was good, but the service could be better. While Red Robin offered bottomless fries, it was a process to get them at times. Some servers just don’t check back with tables. If you’re able to have a seat at the bar, better service and attention.

Clean restaurant. Host sat us pretty fast. The drinks and order was taken in food time. We didn’t wait to long for our food. It was delicious.. only issue for me was … We had bottomless fries but was not asked if we wanted more until we finished the whole plate . So no point in waiting for the fries. But other then that it was great

Drove off the I-10 Freeway into Litchfield Park area as we were wanting to go to PF Chang’s. Saw Chang’s on the corner and turned into the joint parking lot with Red Robin! Wow, we looked at each other and said “Red Robin Burgers!!!” Cinched it for us. Delicious and incredible Burgers!! Will come back again!!

Decided to go out to Red Robin for dinner. We’ve never had a problem with this location until now. We were seated at a dirty table that had grease on the seat as if it wasn’t wiped down. Then, my boyfriend got a water and as he went to drink out of it, we saw big particles floating in it. They were like orange and chunky and some pieces looked kind of like plastic. We asked the waiter for a new water, and after being brought the new one, there were more particles floating in it just smaller. We called for the manager and he replaced it for us, and said it was most likely due to the fact that the water nozzle is the same as the lemonade one and that the water probably wasn’t ran long enough to clear it. However, it definitely didn’t look like lemonade and looked more like red backwash. After drinking my coke that I had, we found a hair in it. Sadly we did not get any pictures, but we are very disappointed and I now feel grossed out and didn’t drink my drink.
