Went to lunch for a business meeting and was given phenomenal service from Oscar. He was overloaded with tables and busy but we watched as he managed them well with grace and professionalism. If one hadn’t noticed, you wouldn’t have known that he had the whole section. We received our food as ordered and everything was delicious. Recommend this restaurant. I enjoy the burgers there. It’s hard to get too excited or too upset about a recent trip to Red Robin. Our waitress was perfectly pleasant and efficient, though not particularly memorable. The burgers were, well, exactly what you anticipate from Red Robin – predictable and satisfying in that familiar way. We were impressed with how quickly our main dishes arrived at the table.
However, there were a few minor hiccups. My Sprite initially came out tasting like plain soda water, requiring a request for a replacement. The bottomless fries, while served piping hot, were unfortunately a bit heavy-handed on the salt, even for someone who enjoys the Red Robin seasoning. It felt like a bit much.
The price point, as is the case seemingly everywhere these days, felt a little high for the overall experience. And while it wasn’t a major issue, it did take an unexpectedly long time to get our to-go order of fries.
Ultimately, our visit was just that – a typical Red Robin experience. Nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything beyond the standard Red Robin fare. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-surprises burger, you’ll get it here. Just be prepared for the usual Red Robin quirks.

Low Cost Slow Travel
Outstanding service, very attentive and friendly. The turkey burgers are best in class, love the steak fries and root beer floats (both endless). We bought a gift card and they had a great promotion, thank you!

The service has always been good here. The wait staff is friendly and courteous. The food is good for burgers and fries. Much better than fast food. And the limitless fries are a fun touch. Although I don’t think I’ve ever had room for more. lol. Cocktails are yummy. I just wish they’d bring back the salmon fish and chips from years ago. That was the best!

I have never eaten at Red Robin as I have mistaken it for a fast food place. My sister who is currently in her first trimester of pregnancy was hungry after having her appointment and she picked going to eat at red Robin. At first I was taken back because I was wrong. Not a fast food place more of a sit down and eat type joint. Okay cool maybe her and my small children can find something they’d like. We were sat immediately. My issue at hand is our severe disappeared alot. To the point where trying to find extra napkins for drinks that were spilt was done by asking another worker. Boxs when leaving and how about going to pay was done by me asking the hostess for help and apparently she couldn’t do it because she had no idea how to do so. The couple times we did need our server. She was sitting down eating in another booth and also was outside in her car. My sister unfortunately had gotten morning sickness and was feeling super nauseous at the end of our stay. I am not sure what I was expecting but to better waited on and a host that knows how to check people out might be a good start. Our server name was Leticia and we ate around 230-3pm that’s legit a 30 minute stay. It was enough to know I won’t be rushing back anytime soon

The food is great. But my hamburger just tasted like salt. First time ever having that issue. Typically it is perfect.
Atmosphere is Great. But I wish places would either turn music off completely or so low you can actually have a lovely conversation with friends and family. Can’t hear anything music way way way too loud.
But I do Really Enjoy going to Red Robin.

Update: first, the food my wife and I had was amazing! But, my kid got sick that night, and all the next day. Pretty sure it was the oranges he had with his meal (they all reappeared that evening and all the next day), because he and I both had burgers and I was fine. Sadly we won’t be going back for a while.

We ordered 2 different burgers. Both should’ve been no pink, both were pink!
The haystack burger was SUPER salty and that’s the burger I typically get so I know it shouldn’t be that salty! I asked for a couple ranch and received 1. 5pm on a Sunday and we had to sit right next to a large family even though there was half a restaurant with available tables but they said, “those tables are closed!”

Awful experience. Waited 25 mins for a table with minimal tables full. Plenty of staff walking around and talking. Got to the table only ordered drinks. And food all together. Waited an hour only my son’s food came out. Continued waiting, they advised it’d be another 40 mins. Didn’t discount or remove anything. Not expected but you’d think for being there. Ended up leaving, no food. Definitely not going back.
