The service here was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive and food was decent for the price, however the company is extremely scummy and I never plan on returning here. My meal came with “your choice of a bottomless side” and my partner’s burger had a large banner above it saying “all burgers come with a bottomless side.” We order and pick a bottomless side from the “Bottomless Sides” section. They then tried to upcharge us $2.99 for each bottomless side. Turns out, the “Bottomless Sides” you get to choose from is NOT the whole list of bottomless sides. Some sides are $2.99 by themselves, others are 3.99 by themselves. Asking for a side that is 3.99 costs you 2.99 uncharge. This was the most scummy version of fine print and I hope the company gets sued over this. They pointed to the “add to meal 2.99” but this just sounds like if the meal doesnt have a side, its how much to add it, not that its an upgrade to a bottomless side.
My server was able to get $5 of the $5.98 upcharge waved, so service is again incredible. But I am sick of these hidden fine print upcharges and never plan on returning to any Red Robin again.

Feels comfortable as soon as you enter. They were very accommodating in finding a place for my scooter. The table had plenty of room for us and great spacing between tables/booths. Our server, Britton was patient and helpful. He knew the menu and was able to make suggestions. And my spicy mango margarita was great!

I have always loved the food at red robin. I tried the new big yumm 9.99 deal and what a great deal!! burger fries and drink for 9.99 is almost unheard of these days. The quality was fantastic and burger was perfect size, not skimpy at all. We got free refils on drinks and fries. They also had a gluten free bun option for me. Service was excellent. Will be bringimg the fam back to this location no doubt. Our waitress Elissa was a wonderful waitress very nice and made sure we had everything we needed no waiting. Food came super fast. Very clean which is super imprortant. A+++

After a long day, I was craving Red Robin so my wife took us to the Tempe Marketplace location we hadn’t visited in over ten years. The service was great, our server was super attentive and we got fries right away which were bigger than I remembered but still tasty. Between the mushroom burger, chicken tenders for our kid, and fun drinks, we had a great meal with plenty of leftovers to take home.

First, I want to start by saying or server Jordan was incredible. We called ahead and reserved a table for 10 for a birthday with some accommodations. They had everything ready and were super amazing. Our party arrived in small groups over 30 minutes and once everyone was there, they got all of our food ordered and out to us. There was a few small issues with food but nothing crazy, one plate with cold fries, one plate that didn’t have everything on it, nothing bad and we still enjoyed our meal. After eating, celebrating and getting a happy birthday song, we went to start paying our checks. Now to preface, we have 2 birthdays on 2 separate tickets. One child and one adult birthday. The child’s mother called over the manager Chase to help apply the birthday discount as it was not appearing for her. He came over, got her phone number and left applying the discount to another check. When she went to ask for the correction to her check and to clarify that there were 2 birthdays, he started to get rude. Our amazing server tried to assist and he also got an attitude with her. As a manager, he should be able to handle a small request without losing his patience. After about 15 minutes, all of the discounts were finally fixed so we could pay our checks. Thank you to all of the people who helped and our amazing server Jordan. Chase, if you read this, learn to take a deep breath. You had great staff and we did our best to be understanding that we had a large party. We were patient, calm, and understood that everything takes time, but your attitude was unnecessary.

They discriminated me when I picked up my order. Approached a blonde lady with braided pigtails and she ignored me. I walked around the lobby then sat down and waited assuming it just wasn’t ready. Another blonde customer approached was acknowledged and got her order. Another employee who wasn’t racist acknowledged me, apparently my order WAS ready.
