I mean, who doesn’t love Red Robin! I used to come here regularly but it’s been sometime since I’ve come. I was craving some of their bottomless fries and decided to come here with my family. I would say the experience was overall, great. I wish that the waitress was a little more attentive but overall she was very nice. For the price of their food and drinks I can’t complain! For two meals and a margarita the total was less than $35 (before tip). Considering some places charge that when it comes through a drive thru window, I will be back!

Why do I keep going back to this place? The service is mediocre at best and my loyalty points never show up on my account. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and asked for parm cheese on the side. They brought me 2 skimpy packets of cheese and then ran away before I could ask for more. I paid with cash and asked how my points would be applied, she took my phone number and said the points would be added later. I am not optimistic as every time they say this nothing happens. There are too many restaurant choices in this area to keep making red robin my dining choice.

Both of their beef and chicken burgers are so good. I go there craving for their homemade style thick fries. Fries and soda can be refilled for no extra charge. You can get a cheeseburger meal for $10 only, only on Tuesdays. Highly recommended.

Joey was our server and he took great care of us. He made excellent suggestions, he suggested the Chicken Ceasar Wrap. It was very tasty and full of chicken and the Ceasar dressing was really tasty. My husband had the Tavern burger $9.99 special. He reported that his burger was tasty. Our only issue was that my husband asked for extra crispy fries. They came soaked with oil indicating that the cook fried them then took them out of the oil then fried them again. All he had to do was to leave the fries frying in the oil for a bit longer, then they wouldn’t get soggy with oil.

Absolutely great dining experience!
Took my best friend here for his birthday, and also to try Red Robin for the first time.
He didn’t want any celebration or singing or cake or anything, and the staff respected his wishes.
I had a burger and he had some chicken tenders.
Food was amazing, service was quick and friendly, and everything else was in great condition. 5/5

I love Red Robin’s Whiskey River Barbeque chicken sandwich. I’ve also tried and enjoyed their pretzel bites, and their new Queso Fundido. Most Red Robin locations, in this are, are pretty busy for dinner, with roughly 30 minute waits for a table. I eat alone, so sit in the bar if they’re busy.

My family came to this red Robin after leaving another Red Robin on Elliott Road that the waiter seemed to have an attitude.
As loving Red Robin, we decided to go over here to Chandler Boulevard instead and hope that service was much better.
I will tell you this, they knocked it out of the park , the team here at this Red Robin works extremely hard to make sure that they hold true to the statement “Service is the promise”.
We had an awesome waiter named Ricardo that checked on us consistently throughout our stay made the time fun with a smile and made sure that whatever we needed was taken care of during our visit, the team must’ve done three birthday clap, gatherings for different individuals visiting the restaurant that night all with smiles and great attitudes. I highly recommend this Red Robin. Great job Chandler Boulevard Red Robin. Thank you for allowing my family and I to enjoy the great food and service of Red Robin at your establishment that we are used to.

Red Robin never disappoints! The burgers are always juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with tons of options to choose from. The bottomless fries are a huge win, and the service is friendly and attentive every time. Great food, fun atmosphere, and consistently awesome quality—definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a great burger!

Came to have dinner with my husband on a whim after shopping, and being a Friday, it was understandably busy. Our server, Kennedy, was incredibly sweet and apologetic though none of it was her fault at all. Just knowing that she genuinely cared made the experience so much better. She stayed on top of everything, making sure our food was good, keeping our drinks refilled, and checking in to see if we needed anything else. We would absolutely come back just to have her as our server again. In all honesty, she’s been one of the kindest servers we’ve had in a long time
