Red Robin was once my children’s favorite restaurant, which is why we chose it tonight. Unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed.
Food:
Prices have increased, yet the quality of food has noticeably declined.The beef patties were smaller and bland, the campfire sauce tasted watered down, the candied bacon was barely present, and the overall quality felt mediocre at best. For specializing in burgers, it failed.
Atmosphere:
Server was kind and delighted my child with the extra pickles requested.
The front staff were not busy or overwhelmed, yet the welcome was flat and emotionless. A warmer greeting would have gone a long way toward improving the experience. The restaurant had clean tables, but the floor was a mess (food, used napkins). It was not a busy night either.
Was it the worst experience we’ve had, no. Will it provide the best food, burgers, and service compared to it’s many competitors in town? No, but its definitely “mid.”

Everything was great, speed and attention of a chain, and quality and service of a local place. Sue, at the bar, it’s absolutely amazing. She is attentive, friendly, and engaging. I felt like friends even though it’s the first time I’ve met her.
I had the fish and chips and I think it’s my new Friday lunch go-to. Delicious, hot, and massive portion. The cost was competitive and the fish is worth it!

We love Red Robin. Best burgers hands down. Some are messy, but they all have great flavor and come with bottomless sides of slaw, broccoli, or steak fries.
We usually sit in the bar section because we love the server there. Sue is amazing!We brought an entire district of service missionaries here after a service assignment. Everyone loved the food.
Update 12/9/25 Unfortunately they no longer have their monster Monday or $10 Tuesday special. We only found out when we were done eating and were presented with a bill that was 1/3 more than expected. Too bad. We WON’T be visiting as often anymore, and that is a shame. We must also note that they have a new menu. All the vurger prices have increased by about $3. The side salad is no longer a bottomless side, but is a $2.99 add. The Cole slaw is nasty. The special deals won’t allow you to use any rewards or coupons, so watch that.

From the moment we walked in, our experience at Red Robin was nothing short of fantastic. The highlight of our visit was our waitress, Kali, who truly elevated the evening. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with refills, and had a warm, genuine personality that made us feel welcome and cared for. Kali anticipated our needs before we even asked, and her upbeat energy added so much to the atmosphere.

These guys are amazing our waitress was super friendly and knew what she was doing. The staff were awsome about singing happy Birthday to my now 7 year old and making him feel special. There wasn’t a horrible wait even for how busy they were. We definitely left as happy customers ❤️

Manager denied our free appetizer for signing up for the rewards since we got the yum burger deal. Waitress was very sweet but manger ruined entire dining experience for not honoring the free appetizer when you sign up for the rewards. He didn’t care to explain, very disappointed.

So I hadn’t gone to Red Robin in a long time but went tonight and had a great experience. The food was so yummy. The wings were absolutely delicious. I got the shrimp dinner, and the shrimp was perfect, crispy on the outside, and soft and delicious on the inside. I’d say if you haven’t gone in a while, give it a go!

My family went to Red Robin. 1. It took the host 15 mins to even notice us at the front. 2. We were seated for 30+ minutes and not a single server came to serve us. 3. I had to go fetch them. 4. Other parties were served way before us. VERY UNHAPPY. I thought I’d give you guys a bother chance after the last time. But this is the final straw. Horrible service.

I’ve been to a number of Red Robin locations, this one has been slightly inconsistent in terms of the quality of the food and customer service. The server was top-notch this time despite dealing with a broken arm at the time of service. Despite what had appeared to have been a long day on his part, he was rocking it.
Food wise, portion sizes and offered prices have been adjusted over the last couple of years, could even be more dependent on the location of this Franchise, however, flavor wise the burger itself was solid. Not overcooked, correctly seasoned and the right amount of toppings.
The fries though, at least the first go around were outright cold unfortunately. Remedied with a second batch.
Overall a fairly decent offering for locals in the area, however, it falls short in comparison with the competition for both offered prices, quality of flavor and portion sizes presented.
