This place has consistently gone downhill. Bugs in food. “Manager” Kyra is super rude and smells like hotdog water. The burgers are always burnt and fries are old and cold.

Was surprised by my visit to this location.
Been to many red robin locations throughout Washington state and was expecting a similar experience.
Holiday weekend so wasn’t expecting over the top service but the wait staff dropped off our food and didn’t ever follow up or check on us.
After trying to flag someone down for over 5 minutes, someone finally came over.
Was quite disappointed and probably will never be back there again.

Usually really good food! We love their bottomless fries and always end up taking some home with sauce. Servers are mostly nice and attentive too! During this specific visit we got the Monster Double and chicken tenders both with fries and sauces. All of it was delicious!

I can’t believe myself. My family and I have been here several times, and I haven’t left a single comment on our experience. Every time we’ve been here. We have been served on by such great waiters. Just this time, we were waited on by the sweetest lady (forgive me for not catching a name). She was so attentive to what we needed. She spared an extra minute for what our two little ones had to say. My husband got a BBQ burnt end bacon burger. I had the Southwest salad. My girls had a cheeseburger, a classic pepperoni, and cheese pizza. Yes, it was a bit chilly, especially if you get seated by the door, but the food and service make up for it.

Friendly staff, excellent pizza. I’m from Columbus, OH & I came to Red Robin for the Donatos Pizza. Donatos was started in Columbus back in 1963 & I’m glad to see Idaho is staying true to the original. I was not disappointed in quality or service. Most of all, you guys cut the pizza correctly. Thank you for not ruining a classic like I’ve experienced in other city’s outside of Ohio.

Food was excellent. One of the best bacon cheeseburgers I’ve had in a long time. Service wasn’t the greatest. Had to ask for water refill several times. Red Robin is a go to for me. More times than not it has been great service and great food. We have celiac/ gluten allergies in my family and appreciate the care they take with our food options and prep. The balloons are always a hit too. My only negative is that it is getting expensive to eat there. They do have some good value options starting at 9.99.

Like there food, I usually always get their crispy chicken salad with ranch never fills always good. I have had their burgers love their never-ending fries. My husband loves their pizza. He says it’s really good but for never-ending fries they put very little in there and then they wait until they come back and bring you your food and ask you if you want more fries by then you’re eating if it’s never ending fries, maybe check back a little bit more. I know they get very busy and sometimes it’s hard for them to pay attention but a drink refill a fry refill and a box to go would be nice if you didn’t have to wait so long for it. other than that, I would suggest going there I like the food. Clean atmosphere.

If I could give it negative stars I would. When we got there the table was disgusting and sticky. The waiter took our order and brought us our drinks and then we asked for the bottomless fries we had only gotten one basket and they were cold. We sat their for an hour, they didn’t fill up our drinks they ignored us until they finally came out and had said they forgot to put out order in and asked us for it again. We left. We will not go back again. Worst experience.
