The staff here is AMAZING. My husband and I come here when we can fridays after work. Our waitress tonight recognized us and said welcome back. Shes wonderful. The manager came up and introduced himself to everyone in the place in the most personable way and asked each and every person of there was anything more he could do to make their meal and time here better. The burgers were top notch as always. Its hard to find customer service like you do here in the greeley red robin. The staff and manager make your dine in experience a 20/10.

I am beyond impressed. It was a busy Tuesday. The front manager was so kind and brought over coloring sheets in addition to the children’s menus. My family has found a new favorite go to chain restaurant. Endless fries kept coming and our server was fantastic, thanks Yulissa!

I went in tonight with my friends and had great service. I can’t remember his name but he was making jokes with us and definitely added to our experience. We went in from 5-7pm and were in the very back room. Food and drinks were great and service was even better. We will definitely be coming back.

Gluten-free, food was exceptional. Our service was fantastic. The only issue was our wait time, I feel we were overlooked because we had 8 in our party, but with the help of the manager, the problem was resolved. They have very dirty bathrooms, so use the wash room at home before coming to the restaurant.

Maybe it was an off day. After our food arrived, we didn’t see our server for 40 minutes. We ordered milkshakes for dessert; they took 20 minutes and were brought out with no straws or spoons and our server had disappeared again. I went to the kitchen and asked for a straw or spoon and was told “Those are in the bar.” He didn’t even point.

I absolutely love Red Robin! This was the worst experience I have ever had from the moment I sat at the table I should have walked out! It was filthy and the bathrooms were gross and not clean. The waitress was all over the place! She brought us the wrong food and then took it back and then brought us out more food and then my burger was wrong and she knew it was and waiting for me to say something and said and there it is! Let me go get the right one and I’ll be back! Very disappointed and will not go back to that filth trap!
