Great food, great service.
Scott is amazing at what he’s doing. It’s always a pleasure to have him whenever we dine in. Very chill but super quick at serving.
The chef and cooks here just hit different. We ate in several RR across the city, but this location is our all-time-favorite. The banzai burger is always juicy and flavorful. The sides are always well seasoned, not skimpy on flavor at all.
Highly recommend this location. Food is always good even on a weekend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Thanks to Chuck!

We frequent Red Robin often, and tonight was a perfect example of why.

We placed a large family order to go, and a portion of the fries were accidentally missed. These things happen—but what truly stood out was how Chuck, the manager, handled it.

Chuck stepped in immediately, was incredibly kind and professional, and went above and beyond by making us a huge tray of fresh fries to make it right. No excuses, no hassle—just genuine care and ownership.

You can tell Chuck runs a tight ship and leads by example. His customer-first attitude turned a small mistake into an exceptional experience. That level of service is rare and very much appreciated.

Huge shoutout to Chuck—this is top-tier management and exactly why we’ll continue coming back.

From the moment we sat down, Maggie made us feel welcome—not in a scripted or forced way, but in a real, personable, I actually care that you’re here kind of way. She greeted us with a smile, took the time to check in, and immediately made the atmosphere feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to come across service that feels this natural and thoughtful.

She was incredibly attentive without hovering—our drinks were never empty, the food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and anytime we needed something, she was already one step ahead. What really stood out was how she paid attention to the little things and treated us like people, not just another table in her section.

You can tell Maggie takes pride in her work and understands that good service can completely change a dining experience. She brought positive energy, professionalism, and warmth to the table, and that made our visit memorable—not just the food.

Service like this is why people come back. Maggie is a true asset to this Red Robin, and if you’re dining here, you’re lucky if she’s your server. We’ll absolutely be back—and we hope Maggie’s working when we are.

Love it here! Gisele, our bartender/server, is so nice and always makes sure we have our sauces and sides and that we like our food. It’s a little quieter in the bar area and we like the smaller feel. Definitely recommend this RR!

This place is in desperate need of new management. We went yesterday and wasn’t greeted for 10-15 minutes. A cook eventually put our name on the list. Took forever for a server to show up. I think we were seated for 20 minutes before they took our drink order. We considered leaving but she finally came by. They ran out of kids menus and budlight. I watched another guest walk around restaurant and try six different ketchup bottles until he found one with ketchup. I wanted my burger medium and my wife wanted well done on her burger and they switched that patties with the wrong sandwich. No manager in sight. Another guest near the front was complaining to an employee that didn’t seem to care. We been to this restaurant before and never had problems. Sounds like they need a new manager.

we were just at the Parker Co location. I had a $30 reward and when I attempted to use it it was rejected. The manager said it was because we did the meal deal, even though the woman from cusromer relations said it was good for anything but alcohol. He charged us an ADDITIONAL $8 for the 2 included drinks so we could use the “reward”. DISHONEST, bad service and sub par food. I will never go to Red Robin again. You lost a long time customer.

Red Robin has become my new guilty pleasure. The Red’s double tavern burger deal is so delicious and affordable it’s hard for me not to come here once a week. The severs are always pleasant. Tonight I was seated in Aaron and Trevor’s section. They were a great team and were more than willing to help each other. It was refreshing to see.

sat at the bar during the dinner rush and had a great time. service was on point and their margaritas are amazing. had the gluten free version of the founders favorite pizza, definitely recommend. good change of pace from their burgers

Food was good and my kids liked the unlimited fries. We came here twice, once during busy times and another during the slow times. Both had similar problems, the waiter/waitress vanishes after dropping the first set of fries off. They come back to take the order and then again to drop it off. My kids were trying to eat all of the French fries but I guess 2 orders is “unlimited”.

And why does the survey ask if the manager came by? The manager never comes by.

Besides that the food was delicious and the environment was welcoming.
