I was craving a burger and decided to place an online order. There’s plenty of burgers to choose from and they come with fries or broccoli as the standard side but you can upgrade to Mac and cheese, onion rings or sweet potato fries. I got a double and the patty was just about the size of a regular but for the price I think it’s fair. The location that I visited is in the mall area and that seems to be under construction but not the actual restaurant so plenty of parking and fast service.

Ordered pickup and got the Mad Love Burger with fries for about $20. The burger was big, fresh, and super fulfilling. They even added extra fries in a second box, which made the meal feel like a great value. Perfect takeout experience!

Food is OK. Quality is not what it was even 6 months ago, with recent price hikes, again, and moving sides like salad from standard to premium.
Service is horrible. The last 3 visits in a 4 month time period the service is almost nonexistent. Server takes your order, runner drops it off and ypu are expected to pay on the kiosk and leave. No water or drink refills, no checking on how food is, nothing. My last visit my server was chatting in the mit hen, watched me walk to the bar for my own refill and STILL never came back to the table. He had 2 tables, including mine. Visit before that, runner told our server we needed refills, and she again sat at the station chatting with other servers and ignored us.
The kiosk never mentions charging you for trivia….it pops you in a game and you get a surprise fee at the end.
Surveys are a joke, both on kiosk and email. Even if you request a call back it never happens.
Finished up my GC balance and won’t go back. If this location is indicative of other RRs, it’s no wonder they keep closing.

Best service I’ve ever had in my life. We had Dalton and we got freckled lemonades and he came and squeezed the lemons directly into our mouths. We are all in love with him and we will only be coming back on the days he works. Dalton if you’re reading this please come to the bar with us <3

They had no sweet potatoe fries from Sunday till apparently Wednesday. So I went later when they had fries, and the service sucked so we had to wait 20 min for the sides (after they brought a salad btw). The food took even longer and… The burger I asked for alterations on was clearly not prepared as I wanted it so they scraped off what they could and sent it (nasty having what I didn’t want on it and it was missing parts of the bun). At least when my burger with fries came out I got a side of their bottomless fries to go cold.

Had a great deal for soda fries and a double burger for 10 bucks. Wasn’t expecting that, but love it. Food was seasoned perfectly and absolutely delicious. Fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly. It was super cold inside the restaurant which was rough, but my fault for not bringing a jacket. Highly recommend this Red Robin location

The service here was HORRIBLE. Red Robin isn’t usually this bad but this time we saw our waiter once, never got plates, and had to ask for napkins. After sitting there for an hour and a half, a different waitress came over and we finally got to go boxes. I think our original waiter forgot about us

Good ol’ Red Robin. Like ALL reviews say these days, yes, it isn’t the [insert business] of old, the roaring 2000’s before the world fell apart and recovered again. But, ya know, their food remains tasty. Prices are… like everyone else’s. Rising daily. But, man, they remain generous with those bottomless fries and side salads. Service was decent enough, though we did wait a bit for our check because we wanted to be old school… ended up using the silly pad instead. That was us, not them. Poor lad had several tables and I’d wager they’re running bare minimum staff because that’s the age we’re living in.
4 stars… because I’m feeling jaded. Not because of them, but the world. I’ll return when I’m craving a burger.

Server was trying the best he could. Manager was someone that should not be in the service industry, let alone in charge of helping people. She does know that a managers job is to help everyone else with their job, right?
Fried pickles were not fried all the way through, making them wet and cold in the center. Burger was drenched in mayo, drenched. And it wasn’t supposed to come with mayo.
Manager said she took it off our bill after we simply asked for it to be remade. Come time to pay the bill, and behold the manager lied and said she did but didn’t. Now we are asking for our bill to be discounted, when it was never an intention of ours to begin with. Putting us in a weird position.
We tipped the server and won’t be going back.

The wait staff was great but the food was not. I would give the staff 5 stars, like thy were on top of the drinks like none other. The food was disappointing though and would be on the 1 to 2 star range. Like we paid extra for the garlic fries, but all of the oil and garlic was on the bottom and there was very little cheese. I’m not sure what method they were using to dress the fries, but there was no even coating on them which is expected when you tell someone that something is flavored, it better be flavored. The chick strips were plain with no seasoning in the batter. It was just like the chicken you can get at the store and heat in the oven. I know the staff only have so much control over the food since it’s a chain, but thefood needs a lot of help.
