Although the restaurant offers bottomless fries, salad, and mac and cheese, they do not provide a decent serving to start, especially the fries. Once you finish with the small serving, the serving after is also small. The salad was a bit overdressed and not offered more, and the mac and cheese lacked flavor. Our server was personable; however, she never refilled our water. The pizza was delish, as was my daughter’s burger.

Krystal and Russell were such gems! They were both so sweet and helpful and got my order out swiftly without error! I highly recommend coming here for the welcoming experience and fast service. Not only were they kind, but also offered AMAZING recommendations! 10/10 will be returning soon for this kind and obviously caring staff.

Went on a Tuesday at 7pm. Restaurant was a ghost town. Now I know why. Server was great. Host was very friendly. Had an issue with burgers being absolutely charcoal level torched (im talking crunch hockey puck status) after requesting our burgers medium rare. Waitress promptly took them back to be remade, and i asked to speak with the manager (being very clear that i was not displeased with her). I was approached by the manager and was informed “thats just how they do it.” The manager had a super bad attitude right off the bat and very clearly couldnt care less what I had to say. I merely wanted to pass along feedback, didnt expect any sort of compensation or anything taken off the bill. Just wanted to be heard. Didnt even get to finish speaking before the manager started walking away from the table (politely mind you, no raised voice, no cursing, etc). I told the manager (again, politely without raising my voice) that his attitude and lack of transparency about cooking temperatures was probably why the restaurant was so empty at prime dinner hours. Then said manager decided to tell my partner and I to leave. Won’t ever be coming back, go to Bad Daddy’s across the parking lot. They are WAAAAAAY better (price, atmosphere, and quality) and actually care about the product they put out and any guest feedback they receive.

Had a great dinner. My husband had a birthday coupon and we went a week before his day. I think our server’s name was Dom. He was attentive and always made sure we were doing okay. Our food and drinks came out quickly.

Red Robin is consistent and always a great place for a burger and fries. I know they have other stuff but that’s why I am there. During our last visit we had one of the best servers ever! He was beyond knowledgeable and great to work with, he had some ideas when we asked and we took his suggestions and were very happy. Good food and even greater people, at least in this case will keep us coming back for sure!

Red Robin is one of those reliable burger spots you hit when you want something familiar but still satisfying. The burgers are juicy, stacked, and pretty customizable, so it’s easy to get exactly what you’re craving. The real MVP, though, is the bottomless fries and broccoli (seriously the broccoli was perfectly done)—dangerous in the best way.

Great service and good food! We did get the bottomless fries, which I noticed come out in smaller portions than before, which is understandable. The restaurant was clean, it didn’t take long to be seated, the bathrooms were clean and again our waitress was amazing!

Great Red Robin! Always wanted to go here and it never disappointed me! Clean place, friendly staff, CJ our server was very efficient and polite, and most importantly, great food! The bottomless fries were delicious (recommended) , shakes and drinks were good, and the main dishes were good too! My cheese pizza was a good size and was good, my friends cheeseburger was delicious with the onion rings, my moms chicken sandwich was great, and my friends Mom’s chicken tenders were good too! So, all in all, great Red Robin.

Terrible service. Ordered two veggie burgers for pick up and they both had cheese. If you’re vegetarian you can’t have cheese. Pretty obvious. When I called to tell them they apologized but didn’t give any money back or offer to make new meal. So we tossed the meal cause it can’t be eaten paid for a meal and got nothing in return. Pathetic company
