Sean was our waiter and he was exceptional. We had a party of 8 about an hour and a half before close and he was so happy and accommodating. He was fast and helpful and even took extra steps to make sure we had plenty of drinks and refilled our bottomless sides before we even asked. We sat on the patio and the experience was outstanding.

The quality has gone down extremely. Went here for my 8 year anniversary tonight and was pretty disappointed. I’ve been here about 2 years ago and it was great then. They skimped us on the fries, the garlic that was supposed to be on the fires, and the ice cream for the root beer floats. The bacon on my burger was completely burnt. To top it off, they don’t even offer discounts for first responders. I’m only giving 2 stars because I really do like the vibe they are going for, but that’s about it. The cocktail was okay, just didn’t look like advertised. Ohh and you guys should really inspect the glasses before serving them. Mine was chipped. Very dangerous.

Red Robin’s has always had great burgers and fries. This store seemed to be a little slower on the service than others. But overall very nice. They have changed up the menu a bit, took away some good burgers (Burnin Love), and added a bad one (Scorpion). There was no heat at all and the sauce just wasn’t good. I couldn’t finish it, it was so bad. And they must have gone back to using low quality meat as they won’t cook it less than medium well. That was the most disappointing.

The wait wasn’t too long. We were sat almost immediately. I got the pretzel bites for an appetizer. They were darker than I had hoped. I didn’t care for the beer cheese dip though it tasted weird to me but I also don’t drink beer so it might have just been an acquired taste thing.

Great burgers, good service, and nice atmosphere. My family went on a Sunday night, it wasn’t very busy we were greeted and seated instantly. Our waitress was very nice, knew the menu and was quick to take our order and deliver drinks. Everyone enjoyed their meal , we all ate hamburgers ( there are many different kinds to choose from ) and the bottomless steak fries! They also have a good children’s menu!
