The food was better than usual. We used our free dessert coupon and got the fudge filled chocolate chip cookies. We really enjoyed the cookies. They were soft and chewy. The cookies were cold on the outside and the fudge in the middle was warm. It was a nice cold/warm treat.

Our family loves to go to Red Robin. The kid’s menu is good. The rewards program saves us a little $&. Their salads are great. They have good burgers and bottomless fries. What’s not to like? Plus, on your birthday you get a free burger and a celebratory sundae.

There are lots of great burgers to try here as well as build your own. If you don’t find one that sounds good you can build your own. While it comes with endless fries the burgers are so big you don’t really need this option. Because of the size of the burgers and the endless fries expect to pay a little more than most places. Service was a little show and could have been faster to check on us given it was slow but friendly atmosphere.

First time eating at Red Robin. The burgers we had were great. I can’t say that about the service. Waited 20 minutes for a table thinking that the restaurant was full but when we were taken to our table the restaurant is about half full. Many tables needed cleaned. Our waitress was very nice, took our order, brought our drinks. While bringing our food it was dropped before getting to the table. One plate was saved and brought to us. We had ordered an order of mozzarella sticks but had to remind the server so we got those after we finally received out burgers. After receiving our food our original server final came by to ask if we needed a refill. Once we paid the check we were charged twice for the cheese sticks. This issue was taken care by another server. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common practice of other servers doing what the assigned server should be doing. Was never ask if we wanted more fries or onion rings. Other tables were being brought refills. Watched the bartender take lemons by hand to add to drinks and then wipe her hands on her pants. Not too sanitary. I was excited to eat for the first time just hope if I eat again at a Red Robin that I have better experience. I do applaud the cooks for the great burgers we had.

First, our waitress was great and we got our food in a timely manner. With that said, I had a hard time getting over the “urinal smell” that was permeating throughout the restaurant. The floors are in need of a deep clean and better daily cleaning.

Definitely one of my favorite places to get a burger. Not only are their burgers fantastic all the way around, but their bottomless fries are so good. The other drinks and appetizers are good too, although I was disappointed with the proportion size of the fried pickles. Staff are very friendly here too.

Came in tonight with my friend and had AMAZING service. Our waitress was very friendly and quick with all of our “may I haves”. This is a great place with a fun atmosphere. I didn’t remember her name, so I called at 1030pm(AFTER hours) and Heather answered the phone and was able to determine Jamie was our waitress. Thank you both Heather and Jamie for making our dinner enjoyable!

Our last visit to Red Robin was several years back, we were not impressed. I’d been wanting to give them another shot for a while, finally the time came. Unlike the plethora of new gourmet/specialty burger joints to come along recently RR has table service, a HUGE plus to me, and that service was great. Our server was not only friendly but knowledgeable about the menu and helped us navigate a rather large and somewhat confusing selection. We started with a short stack of onion rings. We were surprised just how good they were and the dipping sauce was tasty as well. The burgers were immeasurably superior to what we experienced on our last visit. Both the Royal Red Robin burger and the Burnin’ Love burger were terrific and cooked to perfection with some pink left as requested. It’s just about impossible to get a burger cooked medium outside of a steakhouse or high end gourmet burger place these days. The bottomless fries and chips were good as were the kids meatballs. Options abound for burgers and sides as well as beverages both adult and not. Desserts look amazing but no room this trip. The atmosphere is bright clean and modern thou a bit over the top. Other pluses include extended hours, a great rewards club and decent prices considering quality, service etc.
