I don’t care what people think of bigger chain burger joints, our local Red Robin slapsssss. The fries, the sauce, the burgers. All great. Also, very affordable. I had a burger, fries and soda and it was like 9$. This day and age that’s a deal at a sit down restaurant. It was tasty and filling, too. Super nice employees that I’ve ever dealt with. Always clean and neat, too. I go here every chance I get.

Stopped to grab some dinner with the family. The place was packed and you could tell how busy they were. Everyone was very friendly and polite, the hostess person sat us down and let us know our server would be there shortly, he came, grabbed out drink order and kept moving between tables making sure everyone was taken care off. Food was out and even the manager was helping out serving and checking on customers. Didn’t get his name but his last name is Chavez. Definitely can tell he cares for his staff and makes sure patrons are happy and taken care off. Definitely my go to Red Robin!! Love it here!!

Yummmmmmm. This is a place where you will spend about 15.00 a person but you will leave so full you can hardly move! The fries are endless and fantastic! Meaning you just eat as much as you can. Also free refills on the drinks even the root beer floats!! I drank three and it was awesome but made it hard to finish my burger. The service was top notch. Always bringing more food and drinks and making sure we were doing great. The ranch was so great. Everything was a new, but very enjoyable experience for us here and we will be back!

We have not eaten at the restaurant on the west side since it opened, until this evening. We were greeted by two very happy young ladies at the hostess station, one of which Madison, I believe was the hostess. She was very engaging and seated us promptly. Our waiter, Chevy, quickly took our drink order and returned with our drinks and a basket of fries. Chevy took a few moments to talk with us before taking our food order. It is always nice to have wait staff that don’t make you feel rushed to order. James Chavez, the manager, brought our food out and made sure everything was correct. Both Chevy and Chavez checked on us throughout our meal. This was a very enjoyable dining experience! My wife and I would rate the above named staff, who took time to interact with us, and the overall atmosphere as outstanding!

This was a pretty good place. It was nice and clean. Fairly busy. We had to wait a little while for a waitress to come to take our order and serve us. She didn’t really ask me what I wanted. She just assumed. A waitress’s job is to ask you what you want. Not assume what you want. My husband had to take up for me with the waitress. She did better towards the end, but it was irritating. Side note, don’t order the lemonade. It tastes terrible. It is powder mixed in water. That is exactly what it tastes like. Gross. They can definitely do better.

I was having a bad day and wanted some fries. From the time I sat down at my table, my day immediately turned around. My server Shevy was extremely attentive and genuine; he’s definitely got food service down to a science and we need more servers like him! I also want to note that the manager, Kevin, came around to check on the quality of our food/experience. He was very friendly and clearly loves what he does! The food was great of course, which is an afterthought because of how awesome the hospitality was. 10/10 recommend!!

What started out as a nice family dinner soon turned into an unpleasant evening. My family and I came in and were told there was a very short wait. We expected this so we sat down and patiently waited to be called for our table. Soon after the sweet host came up and walked us to our table. After about 5 minutes of sitting our server finally arrived and seemed disinterested with us. Her name was kaytln I believe and she quickly took our drink order and then disappeared for about another 10 minutes. Very upset by this yet we understand as we go out to eat quite a bit. After finally getting our food out she disappeared for the 2nd time and didn’t show up except to drop the check. We sat waiting on refills and napkins as well as other items for our meal. Overall attitude was very negative and made us feel as if we were interrupting her life. Everyone else seemed sweet and smiled or said hi in passing. Unfortunate she was having a bad day. Overall due to this negative meal we will not be returning as we do not have hoped for the service. Food was amazing as it has always been and my husband ate even my leftovers. Props to the cooks, thank you all for keeping it up and running!
