We visited mid afternoon so not a busy time and the service was beyond spectacular. Our food arrived quickly and all correct ( wonderful food by the way ) our server was kind and patient and good at her job. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. Again this is based on our visit at 3 in the afternoon hopefully there as good during lunch and dinner service but what I saw I have no doubt they are

Was disappointing coming from Oklahoma and eating here tonight. The server was awesome and very attentive. My burger didnt have everything on it when I got it.. I had to send it back. When I finally had the the chance to taste it, it wasn’t very good. I had i think it was called fiery jalapeño burger $75 for two of uw.

I went in for lunch earlier today and had such a great experience. My chicken tenders and Long Island were great but my service from McKenna was immaculate! She was very attentive and I truly appreciate the attention to detail throughout the course of my meal. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Heavy snow & didn’t want to cook after a stressful day so ordered & picked up cheeseburgers, fries, lots of fry sauce and their yummy salt too. Delicious. Staff was not busy because of weather so were up front chilling. Had good conversation and laughed with them. Prayers for their safety going home in the newest snow.

I was here 2 nights ago to Celebrate my Husband’s & My Birthday this month! The service was Amazing. We had Jennifer and we’ve had her a few times before. She’s great.
Unfortunately, My Husband and I both ended up with Food poisoning. I request that y’all remind your staff to be careful with cleaning and food handling.
I am disappointed because we love this location, but I’m not sure when we will return, as the thought of eating there any time soon makes me feel queasy.

From the moment I got there, I was treated with disrespect by the staff. I showed up and the hostess told me to “go and look around the restaurant” to see if my party was there. Isn’t that her job to tell me if my patty is there or not ??? what else is she doing upfront? She was very snotty and then we were really cold outside and they refused to turn on the heat for us. It seemed like the whole staff just didn’t really care about their customers at all.

Great service. The menu is varied. I choose a burger which was a tad bit overcooked, but still with good flavor. The drink menu is also good for kids. Overall, good experience, good service and good food.

Don’t bother ordering online. This restaurant always has problems packing sides. Consistent bad reviews about this on their online orders, but they don’t look at it so I’m reviewing it here. Food was great, just packing problems. Please fix it so I don’t have to pay extra for sauce that should already be coming with my food when selected. Thanks.
