Kayla was amazing! We had a group of 25 to celebrate a birthday and she was on her game at every point. She noticed when new people arrived, we never asked for refills on anything and was consistently checking on us. She never once showed an ounce of frustration.

So I had the Ba bony Burger. It was good. Robin’s burgers are almost good. It was a little bit dry for me that I cared for but overall the food was good.
But what was exceptional or should I say who was exceptional and I highly recommend and I highly recommend you ask for him if he’s working is Asher. He was attentive. He was courteous. He assisted when there were technical difficulties who was knowledgeable about the menu nothing was an inconvenience. Nothing was too difficult or too hard. @redrobin I would strongly recommend that not only do they pay this young man more, but they promote him to a position of authority or trainer, where he can influence New servers on how to do the job and how to do it effectively. I can’t say enough good about him and I will always ask for him when I come here.

I’m not one to post bad reviews but last nights experience was awful. When we got there we put our name on the list and was told the wait was 10 minutes. 10 minutes rolls around and nothing but we patiently waited bc they were busy. After noticing other tables getting sat, my husband went up to ask the hostess how much longer it would be and she told him 15 more minutes. So we waited another 15 minutes and we saw that more people who came in after us, were getting sat. So I went back up to the hostess stand and was told that they were waiting on a party to leave before they could sit us. There was only 5 people in our party. So another 15 minutes rolls around and they finally sit us. We were told by the hostess that we would get 2 free apps bc of our wait. Cool, sounds good. We get sat and our waitress took our drink orders. 15 minutes go by and she brings us fries but not our drinks. She is new so we were more than understanding. She comes back with 3 drinks forgetting the other 2 (we had to remind her twice). My sister ordered an old fashion to drink and was given straight whisky with a smushed orange in it. Not too mention the waitress who brought her the drink was beyond rude. My sister wears her hair short and does not like make up, so when the waitress brought the drink she said “oh my, I had to take a double look bc I thought I was giving this to a 13 year old boy.” How insulting!! We finally got our food, ate and then asked for the bill. They did not comp our appetizers but at that point we just wanted to leave. We paid the bill and left. I understand restaurants have bad moments but this was crazy and the insulting comment to my sister was ridiculous.

It’s been at least 10 years since I’ve been to Red Robin. They were one of the first restaurants to serve gluten-free hamburger buns, which I really appreciated. Our waitress was really good and always had refills before we ever had to ask.
I will say the size and proportion of my burger was not how they used to be served. I guess all things change. It’s just hard to pay $16 for a burger that isn’t any different than going to Sonic. ♀️

The theme and atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Love the interesting artwork on the walls. Many options to choose from on their menu. Our waitress was friendly and competent all while training a new employee. Prices are decent if you don’t go overboard on the extras like appetizers and desserts. The freckled Lemonade is delicious!

Recently ordered food from here for pickup. They didn’t follow my customizations for my burger but we’re quick to refund the burger within the hour that I reported the issue.
Overall I am pleased with the food. The burgers are cooked perfectly with some pink and the sides are good. Just wish they would bring back the ghost tavern burger. I used to order every other week. Now it’s just a few times a year if that.

Nice folks, nice atmosphere, great fries. My blt was a LOT of lettuce and slim on the rest. It did have turkey and avocado, neither of which I wanted. I should’ve expressed that more clearly. Otherwise, my husband said his smoke and pepper burger was fair. Rated it 6/10.

Red Robin is always 100% accurate with thier food. This Red Robin was clean and friendly. The only issue is probably making sure the tables given to their wait staff is something they can handle. We couldn’t get a hold of our waitress untill we were completely done with our meal to get a refill of our drinks. Other then that, its always an excellent option.
