Red Robin used to be a place I’d go for really good burgers and good sides. It has gone so far downhill and that makes me really sad. It was $3 extra for the “unlimited” sweet potato fries and the portion size was laughable. We were sat at the only table that had a busted bulb and pretty much left in the dark. Server was really pleasant but she never gave her name and didn’t have a name tag. Every bit of the food just tasted off like it was old and both my girlfriend and I are feeling a bit sick after eating. All this for just a hair under $50 is ridiculous. Everything felt like it was the cheapest possible that they felt they could get away with and it absolutely was not worth the money.

It was our First time eating here. And I was VERY impressed Phoenix was our waitress and she was SO POLITE and VERY attentive to us. I brought my kiddo and we Both loved the fries and mozzarella sticks! The burgers were perfectly cooked. We will be coming back to eat next week .

Unfortunately we walked into Red Robin tonight as it is one of our favorite places. As sons as we walked in we were met with very hostile attitude from the lady at the front trying to seat us. I believe her name was Vi? She had a black bow in her hair, she didn’t know where to seat and was walking back and forth across the restaurant saying “well I was going to put you there but I guess nobody cleans” then looked at us and said can you guys manage sitting right here in the middle of two large parties who had separated a small table. She asked them if it was okay and they said “well I guess” and she rolled her eyes. My husband and I were packed into the table and told her is it okay if we sit somewhere else (the table was also extremely dirty) and she said well you guys should have said something before I say you, now you need to come back up to the front. After she got some help from the other lady she sat us at a booth. We ended up ordering our food and I asked for no lettuce or onion on my order, and got both on mine (which isn’t to big of a deal) except for the fact that my burger was extremely over-cooked, and the fries were very over seasoned compared to the ones we got for an appetizer I could only eat about half my meal. The only good part about our experience was when the manager Melanie came out and notice our waters had been empty for awhile and refilled them, grabbed my husband his shake he had been waiting on for awhile and offered to refill our plate. Overall, the food wasn’t that great like it usually is, the service was unfortunately not great.

It had been a while since Mrs. HB and I decided to try some Red Robin for dinner, so we stopped in.
The food was very good and the service was outstanding. My only qualm with Red Robin is the prices are a bit high for my liking. But the bottomless steak fries does help.
But the higher prices won’t stop us from stopping in for the occasional burger and wrap.
And just look how cool the building looked that night!

Horrible service, horrible food and horrible management. This was, by far, the worst dining experience we have ever had. We complained about the food quality and were asked to leave.

Busy place on Valentine’s night. Food was good but not really hot just warm like it had been sitting for a while waiting to be brought out. Red Robin is known for their endless fried and that wasn’t happening that night. We got our seemed like half helping on fires and never received any more information even though they kept telling us they were on the way. We finally gave up and left. Wasn’t really worth what we paid for mediocre food.

Great experience we went in on new years eve. Very good service ,quick, friendly , good food. Waitress was the best Waitress we’ve had in a long time . The manager came by to greet us and asked if everything was OK , what a great guy . We had at least four different employees come by all really pleasant. Sweet potato fries are dynamite!
