Haven’t been in a while, and I was missing out! Food was delicious. Our server was great. We got seated right away.

Wonderful experience at Red Robin tonight, 5:00 on a Friday night May 30th.
We ate outside with an unruly toddler, and while the inside was busy, we were the only people outside. The waiter was very attentive and likeable, and the food runner was very personable and kind.
The food was delicious. The fries were hot and crispy on the ends. The crispy chicken salad was delicious and had greens mixed in to the mix, instead of only romaine lettuce.
My husband said his burger was pretty good.
Additionally, the onion ring tower was a cool touch and were all hot and crispy.
The inside looks like it hasn’t been touched since I’ve last been to a Red Robin in the late 90s/ early 2000s.
Overall, we would be back!

Our server was nothing short of amazing. We walked right in and took a seat. We have been staying in a hotel eating microwave food for a few weeks due to our home being hit by a Tornado and wanted to get out as a family and relax. I asked Our waitress for a strong yet sweet frozen margarita and she did not disappoint. A man in a chef outfit was checking on everyone to make sure they were ok and it was nice to see. Food was hot and fresh and I would definitely return. The garlic fries and queso were awesome!

We had a great experience overall. The hostess welcomed us into the restaurant but didn’t let us decide where to sit, not asking us for our preferred spot and felt like she just wanted to be done with her shift.
Our server however was kind and accommodating. She took our orders quickly and wasn’t upset that we only ordered entrees and no drinks.
Food took 15 minutes to come and it was great. I actually really liked my burger and forgot to take a before picture. Finished everything in my plate.
I would give this location 4 out of 5. The hostess can use some motivations specially on Sunday’s.

Yet another price gouging experience! Food= Fine. Service= Great Product value= Not good. A-1 burger was fine. Fries were great, hot, and plentious. But Red Robin! You billed me 99 cents for a single helping of steak sauce? Seriously? I buy an $18.00 burger, and you really feel compelled to bill me 99 cents for a single helping of steak sauce? My “out the door bill” was $28.00 (burger, tea, tip) and you were wanting to bill me an extra buck for a small helping of sauce? A dollar isn’t going to make or break the bank. A dollar that is gouged into my bill does make or break my experience with RR! How much further can we go? Are we going to bill for ketchup as well? This is the exact reason why I’ve almost ceased going out to dinner. The rare time I do and I get this? Shame-shame RR! When you are out of business and in the parking lot kicking rocks around… Think of this marketing plan. Bad choice! Very poor marketing!

Lauren was not enthusiastic or greeted us when we came in. There were so many open tables but waited an hour to get seated. Seems like this restaurant seemed to care more about to-go orders than people actually coming in. Food was amazing. Chris was great!

Party of 6. My birthday party with my daughter, son in law and 2 young grandchildren, ages 8 and 10. The food was very good. The staff provided refills as needed. The waitress was poor. She knowingly overcharged by one meal. After I asked about it, she said she knew it and blamed it on my son in law. While ordering, he did change which meal he wanted. That meal was delivered to him and no other. Apparently, she did not think I would at least count the number of meals on the bill. I assume this is how she increases her tips. Since I found her fraud. The bill was corrected.

I haven’t been to this one in years but my daughter got food poisoning from mayo that was left out too long. Also this chain has a history of hepatitis so we stopped going altogether. We now order any sandwich without mayo on it. Just never from here.

While the food has always been good, we’ve had multiple issues at this location getting service or even being seated the last couple times we’ve been. One instance saw the hostess quote my partner and I a 20 minute wait for a table but they were happy to immediately seat the couple who came in just seconds after us. After speaking to the manager I was promised this sort of thing was an aberration and misunderstanding on the hostess’ part and doesn’t normally happen, yet on a more recent visit we were seated outside – despite half a dining room’s worth of open tables – and left outside for over 10 minutes before anyone came to even ask our drink order. We’ll be sure to find other burger places in the future.

Red Robin’s bottomless fries is definitely something worth trying. Personally what I prefer to do is to order my burger. Eat about three things of fries. Take my burger home and eating it later. If you get the fries definitely try the campfire sauce. It’s definitely their best sauce there other than barbecue. They’re strawberry lemonade is definitely my favorite drink there. They have a wonderful selection of booths, tables, and also some bar front. Spec to pay around 40 to $50 for a couple
