Came here with my fiance, my first time going. I had ordered the Madlove while my fiance ordered the whiskey BBQ. She got the endless order of fries while I got the endless order of chips. The queso and chips for the appetizer was decent, wish they had brought the appetizer further apart from our order tho. I had also gotten the cookies n cream shake as well.

About a month ago I went here with some coworkers and it was sloppy service. We got barked at by an older lady at the front to close the door because it was too cold outside – We were walking in and paused with the door held open for like 5-10 seconds because we noticed and were reading the paper taped to the door for a gift card special promo. We shouldnt have held it open, but she could have been more patient or asked more politely. It was probably 30-40 out.

After we got in and seated, the service was extremely slow. I believe they just had one girl running all the lunch tables so it took forever to place our order and finally get our order. Drink refills were pretty slow, and we asked for a salad refill that when we asked about it some 15 minutes later she’s like “i thought i put that in let me check”, and i guess then it was put in. Then we asked to get the checks ready, and they said to use the kiosk thingy, but we couldnt split by person, so after several more minutes of waiting we asked her to split it by person, and after several more minutes it was “split”, but I got charged for my burger and all the drinks… At that point we just paid it and sorted out the drink costs between us afterwards.

The food was good, not a 5 star restaurant, but good. It just took forever to get that food.

If you have all the time in the world, sure, go here if u want. But unless they fix their service, such as having another waitress working, it’s gonna take over an hour for a dine in lunch.

Also, I’m not sure which meals include a drink, but my burger/fries combo didnt, and with a drink it came out to like $20.

Last time here I ordered the grilled chicken and it came out so fast I was actually concerned the chicken would be undercooked.

Well, it was. I could tell just from looking at it. Our waitress was fantastic, took it back, comped our bill for it and was really on top of her game that night.

They also do not keep their draft beers updated on any of their marketing. We choose this place sometimes because they were the only place in the area that had a certain cider on tap, and always had and still have it listed as having it, then when my wife asked for it, she was informed it had been taken off weeks before. We world have gone somewhere else, had we known that.

We love coming here but it always seems like they never have enough staff on hand though. We see just a small number of waitstaff trying who serve the entire restaurant.

I don’t particularly love writing bad reviews but unfortunately this one is going to sting a bit. it was a weekday lunch so obviously people are working and a quick lunch is paramount. it took 6 minutes for someone to even say hello to us at our table. I should say that the hostess was incredibly nice and friendly and was the hardest working person in the place by far. our server dumped not one but two entire trays full of drinks all over the place she was very slow and everything took forever the food and everything. they also recently changed their menu that if you got a side salad there was a $3 up charge which we didn’t notice and it was not really marked on the menu at all to be honest we haven’t been there in a couple of months so our meal was $6 more than what we thought it was going to be so we didn’t appreciate that and I usually love their salad but the ranch was like watery so the food was fair to good but the service was horrible, and slow. also I had a coupon for a free dessert or appetizer and they refused to honor it because even though my two meals were $26 the meal I got apparently didn’t qualify which is also very confusing as it does not State on the coupon anything about that so the whole place is a scam. I am absolutely not thrilled at all I used to really like this place but right now it’s pretty bad and I have a gift card I have to finish using so that really sucks. after the incredibly long time we spent there getting our food and all that I wasn’t even going to bother to ask for a manager and have to wait for another hour for somebody to come out can’t recommend going to this place sorry. I should say that I do feel like maybe they needed one more server so maybe they were a little understaffed but I’m not sure

We stopped by to try the $9.99 burger special with bottomless side and drink. The double burger had 2 meat patties that were hard to find they were so small. The side of frys were not hot and seemed greasy. The Ceasars salad was very good but small, which was ok because could reorder more. I asked for a second fry that came out really hot and good. I think they had the original fry sitting around that got cold. They need to make frys as the orders come in.
The service was slow, I think they need more help on the floor and in the kitchen. Although the waitresses are trying their best and were friendly and helpful.
It seems that this place is trans, gay friendly. A couple of the help had t shirts with the gay colors, etc. I don’t care what they do in private but I don’t want it in my face when I visit a restaurant. I guess management doesn’t care if they loose customers for this.
Overall I think give it a try but it needs improvements to the quality of food and service timeliness.

Had a great time. We have children in wheelchairs and the staff made simple adjustments for the kids to be seated. CeeCee , our server, was great. Helpful and super friendly. Will definitely visit again.

The waitress was fantastic she was very friendly and made sure that we were happy during our entire visit. We haven’t been here in over a year so it was nice to come back in and see the place and taste the food again. The freckled lemonade is my absolute favorite I love that they put strawberries and lemon in it the pulp just makes it taste that much better, it’s worth the $4.50! I did notice that during our visit today that the waitresses and waiters had electronic devices they were putting our orders into. At first I thought that she was on her phone while taking her order and then I realized she was actually and putting our information into the handheld device. Shortly after, without her returning to the kitchen, someone else came out and brought us our food and anything that we needed. I thought this was a very smart thing and it’s very convenient and helpful! More restaurants should have the devices cause it definitely made for quicker service! The burgers were very tasty lots of flavor and tasted so fresh! Fantastic restaurant and will be returning sooner than waiting a year this time.

I was just there to pick up a carryout order. It took 12 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me then they told me to go sit at the bar. Nobody ever came to the bar so after seven or eight more minutes, I stopped somebody and said I had a carrier order. They said OK I’ll go get the bartender five minutes later. Some lady came out and said oh I’m the carryout lady what’s the name on your order so I told her and another five minutes past she didn’t come back so I stopped somebody else and I said do you guys have a bartender so that I can at least have a drink while I wait she said yeah I’ll go get the bartender never once did I see a bartender then the carryout specialist came back and said oh I don’t have an order in that name so I told her the name again in about seven minutes later she came back and said oh we’re still waiting on your fries which was 22 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready so then I asked for the manager about five minutes later the manager came out I was telling her what was going on and she just looked At me like she was disgusted now mind you I have been in this establishment for 27 minutes after placing an online order and driving for 20 minutes to get there for two meals and I said you look like you’re frustrated. She said no I’m just over it all I said oh I’m sorry did I say something wrong and she said no I’m just over it all I said do you have a card? She said no I’ve only been here two weeks and I’m over it. I said well do you have a card for your manager? She said yeah it took her 10 minutes to get that back to me by the time she came back from my food was thoroughly cold and five of the sauces that I had to pay $.70 for each we’re not even in my bag, I know that’s not that much money but when you wait that long and you get treated like crap and you can’t even get a drink while you wait, especially when I used to work at that place and I know what the standards are. It’s just very unnerving and I’ve had very poor service the last time I was there too probably not gonna go back ever again.

Been here before and it’s always decent. Not great but decent.
Now with the higher prices on everything, it’s just average. Had the 9.99 burger and it’s a notch above average.
I went for the (expensive) lemon cake and it was not great. Would have been much better if it was fresh.
I should have asked when it was baked. When cake is refrigerated (like this one was), it’s not only to make it last longer but to hide freshness I believe.
Service was decent.
I personally won’t be returning.
