reasonable price, family friendly and our waitress was very kind. I enjoyed my flavorful, juicy turkey burger even it was a little bit spicy for me . Bun was soft with semi chewy texture. Broccoli was okay(add your own seasoning and unlimited). Hubby and little one enjoyed theirs wish unlimited steak fries. The kids burger is the same size as the regular size. One of our favorite restaurants all time .

Specials were amazing. The value is just great. Lemonade is so good, garlic fries tasty, burgers were good, kids were all happy with their meals. Amazing service, table with 5 kids and 2 adults, she served an amazing amount of food to us that was bottomless and, it was <$10 a person. Totally an affordable treat. We’ll be back. It was very fun and great after walking around the mall. Relaxed welcoming place. Doesn’t nickel and dime you.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Red Robin. The water tastes like well water. Had to ask for extra lemons to try and make it taste good. Ordered two lemonades for kids and had to send them back because they were horrible. We had told the server that it was someone’s birthday at the table. They did absolutely nothing. We ordered the zucchini fries and they were nothing but mush. I had two and that was it. Luckily other people at the table were starving and ended up eating them but everyone was complaining. We finally got our food. No silverware. No sauces that we asked for. By the time the server finally came (only because we had to flag her down) we were mostly done. We had to ask for refills on drinks for 5 out of 6 people at the table. Literally everyone was out of drinks, our sauces that never came and silverware. We asked for another round of endless broccoli and fries at the same time because we didn’t know when the server would be back around. Took literally 20 mins. We were all done eating at this point aside from my friend who had to wait for silverware to finish her food. Finally someone comes out with two bowls of broccoli. We said no we asked for one broccoli and one fry. The guy gave us the broccoli and they completely forgot the fries, never got a refill. The guy who dropped off our broccoli was also a server at the table behind us and told the table that he accepts tips before they even put a food order in. It was just all around horrible. Will not be back to this location.

This is one of those times when the right server is all the difference. We tried another Red Robin location and was terribly disappointed. Today was a complete 180°. Jordan was our server and was great. She told us about a promotion that got us a free appetizer. The twisty mozzarella sticks were fine mozzarella sticks. The burgers and Wraps were the star of our show. Here’s a pro tip: Red Robin will do any of their burgers as a grilled chicken breast, crisy fried chicken breast, turkey burger or vegan patty at no additional charge. If you want an Impossible Patty, it is a $3.50 up charge. You can also get the burger as a wrap, or a lettuce wrap. Watching my carb intake, I went wrap route. Each burger comes with sides of French fries , sweet potato fries, or garlic fries. I went for the up charge of Garlic Parmesan Steamed Broccoli. The wrap was savory and cheesy, I did not miss the bun at all. The Garlic Parmesan Broccoli was tender and nutty. All the sides have free refills and I definitely took an extra helping of broccoli. My friends got the Southern Charm burger (cheddar BBQ sauce, bacon, and sautéed onions) and the Royal Red Robin (sunny side up egg, bacon +avocado at an up charge). Both were on point. We treated ourselves to desert of Shortbread Chocolate Souffle cake. The cake had crispy edges and a gooey center, topped with vanilla ice cream.

Red Robin has good food typically, I definitely walk away stuffed with their endless varieties. I can’t say I’ve tried much of the menu because I’m actually a very picky eater, you could say my taste is very plain. Not much sauce, not spicy, you get the idea…
Service tends to be good unless they are busy, then they become unattentive and the endless is more like ‘where is that refill I asked for 20 minutes ago?’
On the nights I have been there and they have good service The waiters definitely keep it coming. I didn’t get her name but there’s one waiter that puts in refills of my macaroni and my root beer float even before I’ve began the first one. It’s helpful considering I’m an adult eating off of the kids menu ha. I’m vegetarian so mac and cheese is a very safe meal for me and I appreciate the fact that the waiters never argue. If it’s on the menu I should be able to order it, it’s not exclusively for kids even though it may be labeled it. A T-shirt may be labeled women’s clothing but a man can wear it.
As long as the food keeps coming then I’d save Red Robin does a great job

I recently stopped at Red Robin after visiting the mall and decided to give it a try for the first time. To start on a positive note, the food itself was good and of decent quality. The flavors were enjoyable, and the presentation was neat.
However, I was quite disappointed with the portion sizes. The burger pictured on the menu appeared much larger than what was actually served — the patty was noticeably small, smaller than my fist. Even more surprising, I received only about nine fries on my plate, and they were cut into small wedges rather than the generous steak fries I expected from a restaurant known for burgers.
For such a modest portion, I assumed the check would reflect that, but the total came out to around $24 — and I left still hungry. The value simply did not match the price.
While I appreciate the friendly service and clean environment, I don’t plan on returning to Red Robin in the future.

To-go order review: I am almost positive the chef despises veggie patties . This had to be the worst veggie burger I have ever had! It tasted like mush, then they gave me one half with half of a bun and to make matters worse, the fries were old and few. I thought Red Robin had bottomless fries…you would think the to-go orders would have more fresh fries. Needless to say, upon returning the fries, the front door waitress was super nice and the ordering online was fairly easy and quick! The sticky floor bathroom . I thought this stop was a good idea for the ride back to Chicago and boy was i wrong! I would not recommend it “if” you are a vegetarian.

I want to give a special shout out to the staff at this location. Last Monday night so stopped in here literally 5 minutes before closing. While the rest of the mall was closed or not wanting to serve so close to 9 – I stopped in this Red Robin in hopes of grabbing a milkshake. The guy at the door said “yeah we got you and can get you a shake real quick”. The chief brought my Oreo shake out a few minutes later, served it to me with a smile, thanked me for my business, and wished me a good night. Those two guys who helped me were awesome. It was late and I am sure they were ready to lock the doors and call it a night. Instead they showed their dedication and professionalism and took care of me as their customer. Made me a Red Robin fan for life. Job well done!
