Our family loves Red Robin on Randall Road!
We had such a great experience — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. The food came out hot and fresh. We ordered burgers (of course!), and they were delicious and perfectly cooked. The bottomless fries are always a hit with our kids!
What stood out most was how family-friendly the atmosphere is. The kids were happy, the service was fast, and everything was clean and comfortable.
We’ll definitely be back — it’s one of those places where everyone leaves full and smiling.

We had not been here in a while due to poor service and food not as great as in the past. We decided to give it a go last night and see
If things had gotten better. We were served by a new server Michelle. She gave outstanding service and was very attentive. If she didn’t know an answer since she was new- she didn’t hesitate to tell us she didn’t know but that would find out the answer. Michelle definitely made it so we will be a returning customer. Food was great too.

Who doesn’t love some Red Robin (YUM)! Came in with the kiddos a few days ago and got that huge onion ring tower, so much fun! Our waitress Mya was fantastic, my Diet Coke was never empty, praise the lord for her! She always had a smile on her face and was so speedy! I always love stopping in here for a delicious burger and those bottomless fries (or a salad if my dietitian asks )!!!

Aiden our server was AMAZING!! Can tell management has upped the place and treats employees well. (As someone who’s worked in the industry for years). Haven’t been to this location in a while and thought we’d try it out again. Definitely will be back, the drinks are quite expensive but tasty. The hostess was also very nice and accommodating

Always good burgers here. Highly recommend. Onion ring tower is always my favorite. Had Ezra as our waiter many times. Very professional, always asks us if we need anything. Checks up on us frequently. Great worker.

Overall not a bad place to get a bite to eat. That facility was clean and the staff was nice. While there is nothing spectacular about the food it wad pretty good I mainly wish that the scorpion burger was spicier, however I can understand why its at the level that it is.
