First time trying Red Robin and loved it! The food is amazing here, a little bit of a wait but it was worth it! Delicious onion ring tower, their sauces are sooo good , the cheeseburger was very tasty, juicy and fresh , garlic fries were ok, the chicken sandwich was very good too! Yum yum

Great place. I love the little kiosk thingie on the table. Considering how bad the service is in this area, this is a life saver! The food is great. The tap is a little dirty (or the bartender was very very inexperienced), so you won’t get a good beer but it’s a hamburger joint so whatever.

This is a really nice Red Robin. My burger was excellent. Service was even better. Bottomless fries with Chipotle dipping sauce made my night. Top it all off with a tall beer and it was a great meal.

Red Robin has the best burgers ever. Even their fries are the best. I’ve eaten at this one and also the ones in Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates. But this one is probably my favorite.

I really enjoyed it the food was great many of the driver said that they had unlimited fries with this good that ate there it was delicious, employees were nice, although some of the customers weren’t that nice waiting for the food.

Ashley from St Louis is a BEAST of an employee for Red Robin. I hope someone from corporate sees this review and helps her get to the next level. Reason is her commitment to customer service. On this occasion during spring break two of us were grabbing a bite to eat. We expected a wait due to spring break traffic, but as I came to find out; the wait was due to the shortage of servers in the dining area. With hindsite, this was very noticeable once seated as not all the tables were occupied by patrons.
Ashley was the one that sat us, and since the actual server was busy; she also took our order. It was very noticeable having ordered then waiting for our food; the restaurant was extremely short handed- there were some tables that had not been cleared during our entire meal. In some instances a server was just moving used glasses and plates from one table to another table. We felt really bad for the servers here! Some looked so defeated! In the end we could see that Ashley had been working the ENTIRE restaurant from greeting to taking orders to delivering food from the kitchen, to following up. It was really impressive watching her commitment to customer service in light of the circumstances and some difficult customers. We visited on 3/27/19 and sat at table 24/1.

Falling in love with Mad Love. Provolone and Swiss cheeses over a 1/2 pound of 100% Black Angus beef patty topped with a Cheddar and Parmesan crisp, jalapeño relish, candied bacon, avocado, a blend of citrus-marinated tomatoes and onions plus shredded romaine on a ciabatta bun.
The burger was thick, juicy and delicious, pink as ordered! The combination in this burger works well together, tasting smoky, fresh, hot and de~~licious!!
First red robin experience and loving it.
Only complaint is price is a bit steep, $14 for Mad Love. If you dine in, add on gratuities. Not a everyday family pit stop, but otherwise, great burgers. Keen to try more of the burgers.
