Ordered 3 burgers and customized for every burger “no pink” . Unfortunately, All of them had the raw meat inside, it was disgusting for me, as I’m not a lover of “rare” & “medium rare” style. My husband eat half of it but I couldn’t finish mine. Disappointed.

This is definitely a good restaurant. The workers are always friendly, happy, attentive, and good at their jobs. I’ve never had problems with the restaurant being dirty. The food comes out speedy and is always delicious. It has a really nice atmosphere. Whenever the family can’t agree on what to eat, this is a restaurant we can all agree on. We had also met relatives here a while back, meaning there were quite a few people and the workers did a great job accommodating all of us.

Amazing customer service! The GM Blake went above and beyond for us when our order wasn’t delivered through DoorDash. He did his best to rectify the issue and I couldn’t be happier with how he handled it. My husband and I had our very first date at a Red Robin and we always turn to it when we need a pick-me-up. Blake, thank you for everything you have done for us. Your dedication reminds us why we love this restaurant so much!

Myself and my brother had MULTIPLE issues at this location. We got sat down at a dirty table that wasn’t clean all the way. We received no silverware when we sat down and when we got drinks they came in dirty cups that made us not want to have anything else. Our waiter checked on us a total of two times and both times he said nothing. We had ordered wings and 25 minutes later they came to us with the wrong ones and they took them back, but then our food arrived. Our food was semi cold and really not prepared right. One manager came up to us and apologized but did nothing about our poor service. Then the new wings came out and we had to get the to go. They charged us twice for the wings and they acted like children when we brought it up, only for the cocky general manager to say “sorry” and leave. Never coming to this establishment again and I wish I could take stars away from this review.

We were not here for a while because if previous negative experience, but today’s visit was great. Everybody enjoyed their choice. Burgers were great, fries was awesome and kids got dessert. Salted caramel milkshake is the must to try. And place is clean. Relatively.

We just moved to the area and wanted to use my birthday burger last night. Our server was Jonathan. He was exceptionally awesome! Really great service and a great attitude. The place was packed and we never had to ask for drink or fry refills. He was right on top of things. Thank you!

Don’t get me wrong, red Robin has very delicious burgers. There’s selection is phenomenal. The service was very good. But, my burger (Royal red Robin) was very messy and couldn’t stay on the bun to save its life. my girlfriend was having the same issue with her burger as well. Even with that, I would highly recommend going to red Robin for a pretty good burger.

Red Robin Deer Park is a restaurant that I love bringing my kids to. No matter how many times we go, usually once or twice during the week (during the off-peak meal times); we always wait a few minutes to be seated. Either there’s no one at the hostess stand or they seem preoccupied doing something else. Once we are seated, the wait staff is fast & friendly and the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend visiting for all-ages family dining . The table tablet & fast check out is a definite plus too. Little ones can play games on the tablet while adults are having dinner or trying to have a conversation. The same tablet can be used for check out too. No more waiting at your table for your server to bring your bill. A plus if your visiting during a busy time of the day.

The fries were cold. They serve bottomless fries, but only give you and handful. If they would serve hot fries and a decent amount for the table, they wouldn’t have to go back and forth as many times as they do! My daughter loves Red Robin and I’m a rewards member so I’m hoping this changes.
