Came with a group to support local fundraiser. Our server was in training. He did a great job. We were asked numerous times how everything was going – even by a manager. Food was good. We had an issue with our gift card not working. Server was very pleasant and worked it out with a genuine smile.

Red Robin is always a win, but their Strawberry Freckled Lemonade? Wow. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart, with the strawberry flavor bursting in every sip. It’s refreshing and just the right amount of fruity—my new go-to drink. The food is always delicious too, but that lemonade? It’s a must-try! Paired with their burgers, it’s the perfect meal. Definitely will be back for more!

My first visit to a Red Robin did not disappoint. From the hostess to the manager, everything was 10/10. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Kat, was attentive, friendly, and fun! The food ordered was served quickly hot & fresh. I ordered the Limited Time Buzzer Beater bacon cheeseburger Two Pointer. It was delicious! My date was very happy with the The Blue Ribbon burger. The manager stopped by our booth to say thank you. In my experience, a clean and orderly restroom speaks volumes to the management of any business serving or selling food, and this store had a spotless restroom. Kudos. All in all, we’re looking forward to our next visit!

I placed an online order with a gift card I had. Gift card number was accepted, but it didn’t utilize the gift card dollar amount at checkout. WHen I called, the manager at our Oshkosh Red robin was very nice, but she told me I would either have to cancel the order and start over or use the gift card another time. Certaininly would have been nice to use the Red Robin gift card when I had one. Disappointing to say the least.

We haven’t been here in a long time, in part because of a couple bad experiences, but it was great this time. Jeff was the best waiter I may have ever had. He handled so many tables (all with kids because of a school fundraiser) and the glasses all stayed full, the food was fast and he did it all with a smile My daughter loved the dragon fruit sparkler!

My wife and I arrived at 9:20; they close at 10. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly, accommodating, and told us not to feel rushed. Our drinks and appetizer came a few minutes later. By 9:40 our burgers and sides arrived. The server stopped by frequently to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Even though she was preparing to close and busy doing other things, she wasn’t too busy to engage in conversation with us. An all-around positive experience…and the food was really good!

This place offers a great gluten selection. All fries are GF! That is a bonus, and it is a bottomless basket! I loved the mushroom and Swiss on a lettuce wedge. Great refreshing touch to a nice juicy burger. My boyfriend got the garlic fries. Too over powering with fresh garlic (and he loves garlic) that is the only reason for the 4 on the food. Everything else excellent! Will visit again.
