Appetizers were room temperature. The wraps were 1/2 tortillas and half chicken and extremely tiny. This is not the usual proportions.

This was my first time at any Red Robin. Our server, Sam, was fantastic. He was prompt and helpful, but not overbearing. The phone was plentiful and 100% delicious. Will most definitely return.
Bonus points: There are EV chargers on the edge of the parking lot, really appreciate those!

The initial experience wasn’t great. My food was accidentally given to someone else for pickup due to what seemed like a system issue.
What really stood out though was how the staff handled it. They remade my food right away with no hassle, and the kind lady at the front went out of her way to offer me a complimentary shake for the inconvenience. The food was definitely worth the wait, and the accountability from the team made all the difference.

We came in on the whim this afternoon for some quick food and Jason was our server. We ordered the fried pickles for an app, the honey hot pepperoni pizza, avocado burger (of some sort), and bottomless Mac and cheese kids meal. Phenomenal food and service! This location just became our new favorite spot to go to! We’d be delighted to see Jason again as well

Had a great time here. Drinks were coming out quick for a Friday night. Amy S was our server and did a great job. She was on top of drinks and very friendly. Food was good as well. We had zero issues here.

Tried having lunch with 2 mentally disabled adults, one wearing a helmet. Asked for a table for 3. We were then sat in the far back of the restaurant at a booth. The dining room had no other diners in it, and I asked for a table, the girl seating us said she had to ask so we walked back up to hostess stand . The hostess and another girl were doing a lot of whispering and spending a lot of time, trying to figure out where we were gonna sit when the dining room had no other diners in it. I told them they are making this very awkward for us and we dont feel welcome so we will be taking our business elsewhere. All she had to say was Ok. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed in how we were treated. Red Robin is not handicap friendly.

Very disappointed in our service on saturday night. After waiting 45 minutes for our meal to come to the table the server did not come and check to see if we needed anything (which we needed knives to eat our meals.) 20 minutes after our food came to the table the server finally came over and asked if we needed anything, by then we had paid and had not touched our food other than the fries. Not being able to eat our meals was a total waste of $60. I would be more understanding if they were busy. There were 4 other tables with people by us at the time.

The only thing that was good was the fried pickles. The service took us 15 minutes to get napkins, The food took too long to come, and when it did the food was not very great. I should have known better than to go there again, because the first time I got food poisoning. Would not recommend.
