The Jalapeno heatwave is a absolute smash the Jalapeno pack the Spice, the aioli packs, flavour, the grilled onions and Jalapeno go so well with the juicy Burger. Red Robin (in general) has gotten away from what it used to be. Mediocre, super salty food. On the rare occasions that we come here, my husband ALWAYS asks for his burger to be Medium rare… and ALWAYS gets it Well Done… nobody seems to be interested in serving flavorful food anymore. Don’t think we’ll be back. The sweet potato fries were tasty though.. but they were pushing them as a bottomless side.. hard. That was slightly suspicious to me.

Server was great. Ordered a reds double with coleslaw.. they brought fries and coleslaw. The burger was fine just reminded me of McDonald’s double. Not in taste but size with sauce and lettuce tomato added

My boyfriend and I had the best experience. (It was his first time.) Reece was our server, and he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made it the best experience I’ve had at a Red Robin so far. As for the food the flavors we on point and very filling, but as the best negative thing I could say the burgers were so juice it made some of my burger soggy and mine wasn’t a little pink like I was offered but that doesn’t matter much to me anyway. All in all we will definitely be back!

We had a large party for my husband’s birthday and our server Anastasia was phenomenal. She was patient and made sure we were all taken care of the entire time. Haven’t had that great of service in a long time! Much appreciated.

We visited the Kenosha Location on 11/16/25. The seating was less than half full. There appeared to be only 3 servers. We waited more than a half hour for our food. Refills for the bottomless sides were not adequate as when you can see the bottom of the basket thru the fries. There appeared to be less than enough help in the kitchen which was causing the delays. The server took my cash and bought back the wrong amount of change. I will never go back to this place. I told a couple waiting in line about the long delays and they said thanks and left for another place to eat. I know what I will tell my friends if they ask about this place.

I had the cheese master burger, also a Mai Tai, and a Dr pepper. My wife had the fried cod and onion rings! She also had the rainbow lemonade and a Tequila Sunrise.

I will have to give my admiration to the two managers which manned the kitchen. They were extremely short staffed, they cannot get enough people for a full compliment of workers. And I’ll tell you, those folks were working their backsides off. People were doing triple duty! The food was very very good, the drinks were potent, and, they kept asking if we needed refills or anything.

I worked in the restaurant industry when I was a teenager, I have total admiration for this staff, all hands on deck as they say. And, they deserve every penny of a really good tip!
One other thing, the bathrooms were spotless! And, as everyone knows, clean bathroom, clean kitchen!

WORST SERVICE EVER !! I’ve never seen a lazier staff. Nobody wanted to work !!! No water,no app orders not even an “im sorry we are busy excuse”. Workers were literally behind the counter arguing with eachother about who gets the next table. And then nobody came out.. HORRIBLE !! 1 star simply because the building exists !!! Dont go there!!

Excellent food and service! Very welcoming staff. Restaurant is taking measures for Covid distancing. Frozen margaritas are my go to! Very delicious onion rings. Their wing appetizers are real good too! Would love more cheese with the pretzel bites though lol A lot of little bites for that little amount.

The last time I visited, I wasn’t happy…over a year or so ago. This visit was different… the service was good and the burger was on point.
I tried thr burger with the egg on top and it was delicious. The housemate chips were delicious and the strawberry lemonade were also delicious. Our waitress was attentive.
