We’re not from around town. But oh my goodness! This is one of the best experience we’ve ever had at a red robin. Everyone was super nice and the place was absolutely packed. It’s nice to see that type of environment. Whereas, in Madison, you can tell that the employees hate their jobs and don’t want you there. I just want to thank this location for treating us like valued customers. What a nice difference that makes.

We went on a Friday evening and got seated right away. The waiter was very attentive and kind. We had the avo-Cobb grilled chicken salad and the whiskey BBQ burger. To me – this restaurant has some of the best bottomless steak fries. We also ordered the mini donuts. Everything was soooo good! If you love a lot of hot fries, this is the place to be.

Was our 1st time there so we ordered drinks 1st i had blue margarita my husband has flavored lemonade. We ordered our food , I still haven’t got my margarita. We ordered a 12 inch works pizza and shrimp dinner. Got our food and I still haven’t got my margarita. I asked for a manger 20 mins no margarita . Manager was too busy to come talk but had time to clean tables. Im 50 ive managed restaurants for 30 yrs and never have I ever been to busy to speak with a table requesting me. 1st time here last time. Pizza was soggy had paper under it which was weird. Shrimp was ok. 29 min margarita wasn’t worth the wait. Sad thing they weren’t even full we got there at 515 pm before dinner rush. Close the doors and get better manager

Me and my kids visited Red Robin Saturday 09/27/2025 for lunch service was really quick and rushed I ordered the 9.99 burger special well done I didn’t eat my burger until I got home when I bit into it was extremely raw bloody I’ve been throwing up I have the worst headache I was perfectly fine before eating that burger for the last few hours I have a really weak stomach and eating raw meat put me in a bad place I will never eat at this place again even the wings i ordered I had to send back because they were not cook throughout

We came in on 02/28 around 12:30-1pm was informed the wait was 15 to 20 min with many open tables. Our guess is short staffed we sat at the bar as there were seats available. Ordered 2 Bloody Mary’s. Recieved them no garnished at all and tasted like plain tomato juice the chasers were served in dirty glasses gritty stuck on food. Asked for a clean glass was given one still gritty. I had the A-1 burger with fries my partner had the pub burger with coleslaw burgers and fries were good but the coleslaw was sour and dry. The restrooms were disgusting and the dust on everything was bad.

My husband and I had dinner here in January 2026. It was the worst experience either of us have had at a Red Robin. Our food was standard Red Robin – no complaints there. The issue was with service. Our server, Abby only visited our table once after we got our entrees after 30 minutes. We never got our bottomless sweet potato fries. Our sodas never refilled for over 30 minutes. At a restaurant that offers bottomless, fries and beverages are still things you should NEVER be without let alone for 30 minutes. We had to ask a busser for a box for leftovers and for our check. Hoping the management at this location will take note and make necessary improvements.

This place is good as hell. The atmosphere is awesome, staff is extremely kind and attentive, and the food is AMAZING. Seriously, whoever is in that kitchen is using the power of God himself to make this food. It’s cooked perfectly and tastes so good. The drinks are astonishing too. Whoever worked on 11/14 night did an incredible job. 10000% recommend

Justin was amazing! We sat at the bar and he was smiling and entertaining us from the jump! Very personable. He made awesome drinks. We got a Tito’s blue chill and a chocolate shake. He recommended we try the pretzel bites, fish & chips, and the bacon cheese fondue burger! Oh my ! It was an amazing time! I will come back just for Justin the bartender!!!

The service here was top tier, our server Everette went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of! She was so attentive and besides that the food was very good. Would definitely recommend the pizza. Will be returning and requesting Everette!
