Came here with a party of 8 at 6pm Saturday night. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Ok no problem. Some of our party waited in the car some waited at the bar. We had a bowling reservation at 730 so plenty of buffer time.
The bar itself was filthy, with plates and drinks from previous guests that hadn’t been bussed to the wash room. The bar tender himself was waiting tables as well. Took forever to get a single drink.
Eventually we were seated, and it took an hour to get our food. It came out one by one with the last plate served at 745. Yes, an hour and 15 mins after being seated. Showed up at 6, food at 745.
This a burger joint. What is the problem?
Literally have no reason to ever go back. And really we should get our money back because it says bottomless fries but we barely even got our food at all. No time.

If i could give a zero star rating, i would! And this was our first time ever visiting any of their establishments and probably our last. Our visit started with the waitress dumping a big glass of ice water all over my mom, soaked her brand new phone and her pants and shoe, and later making a smart comment about maybe buying her a new pair? Maybe she was nervous idk what the deal was but the way she spoke was not the right way, she took our order and later came out and said “yeah so we give all of our new customers fries and a bottle of our seasoning” one basket was fresh, and the other was cold and soggy garlic fries? Im not even sure what they were but they were gross, our food came and she gave us no silverware, napkins or straws and when my mom was trying to sign up for rewards so she could use the military discount it wasnt working so she then said you can sign up on this machine on the table and then my mom said well im trying to on my phone and she responds oh idk im new so im not sure whats going on, she also never came back to check on how the food was or to offer any refills, the meal my grandma ordered came with a soda and she requested mt dew because the waitress didnt know what products they serve she never brought it out till we asked when she walked by at the end of our meal and brought out sprite and said yeah we dont have mt dew so heres a sprite! Didnt even give her an option to choose something else …..food was mediocre and service was absolutely horrible!

Me and my twin get a birthday deal every year and it’s a tradition at this point. Service was phenomenal and the manager would stop during our visit to check up on us. Food was fresh and I will definitely be coming back.

It was my wife’s first time visiting a Red Robin’s. The service was amazing, and we both honestly felt like royalty. Craig, our server, was awesome and made sure to explain all the choices and remind us about our bottomless drinks/sides.
The food was great, and we will def visit again.

Had a great experience at this Red Robin. I was in town visiting family and decided to get some burgers! The waitress named Lexi was so sweet and kind. She was very attentive and made sure our experience was great!! Kudos!!

Red robin good always has great food for lunch with my elderly dad. But the real standout today was the host (I did not get his name) and our server Chris. The way they showed care and patience for me Dad was so lovely and Chris seemed to understand exactly what my dad was asking for even though he struggles with speech. Thank you!

Was in here last night and spent $90.03 on my card and left a $20 cash tip. I woke up today and it showed $110.03 was charged to my card which means the server Jen had added in her own $20 tip OFF OF MY CARD even though I left a cash tip in front of her with the ticket and pen. I called and they took my info, got no response. Called again and talked to the manager Aaron and he advised it was being returned back to me by Wednesday as he has to make a couple calls for it to come back to my card and advised me the server Jen had wrote her own tip on the wrong ticket. I will be making a police report if it doesn’t come back to my card and will be getting ahold of corporate if need be. NEVER going there again if they let this kind of fraud go on and I advise EVERYONE pay attention to what your cards say when the tip goes through, even if you tip in cash I guess. Truly disgusting behavior. WATCH OUT WHEN YOU GO HERE!

Very nice server named Samantha. Her boss was super nice too. She had an 11 top table plus mine and another. Wasn’t stressed, and they got stuff right. Mushroom Burger was really good. Salad was fresh and fries were hot. Good job.

Not once did that waitress look in our direction!
Never stopped by to see we need refills on our drinks and wanted to order additional items.
Finally had to go find that waitress, she seemed annoyed that we were not happy!
Spoke to the on duty manager, he didn’t seem to care, just covered for the waitress!
Will never return to that restaurant!
Very very dissapointed!!!
