Amazing burgers and great bottomless fries. Everything came out quickly, and the entire place felt clean and well run. Our waitress was very positive, helpful, and made the experience even better with her friendly attitude.
I highly recommend getting a burger here. They offer just about any kind of burger you can imagine, and the food was excellent when I visited with a friend. This spot also tends to have a shorter wait compared to nearby restaurants because of the larger seating capacity and fast service, which makes it an even better choice.

It gets quite busy here on the weekends, but I had a good experience. My server was very kind and even recommended me some drinks. Campfire mayo is so good, never had anything like it before. Despite it being packed, our food arrived relatively quickly. Good casual spot for lunch/dinner.

So, it’s been several years since I’ve been to red Robin and My recollection was that it was a pretty good place. I came back to try their Yum Yum burger special with bottomless side and bottomless drink. Apparently I didn’t remember the restaurant correctly because the food itself was very average, not bad, just very average. The things I did like, Shelby was a great server, I liked that you could get broccoli instead of french fries for the bottomless option, and I used the reds seasoned salt on the broccoli If I went there again, I would probably try a different menu item

I love the burgers at Red Robin! Their food is always consistent and phenomenal. The service is a little slow sometimes but the food always comes out well. They also have a great selection of drinks. I had a Long Island Iced Tea and it was really good. The whiskey BBQ Burger is my favorite.

This is on our bucket list every year! My daughter loves spending the entire day there, seeing the animals, playing in the corn pit, and exploring the playgrounds. We always do the park + safari. This is a must-visit place for families!
The park doesn’t sell food (except to give the animales), but they do sell ice cream. They also have areas where families can sit to eat there own food.

Im so confused. We just went there for lunch. Ordered 2 aps and a burger to split. Had way through our half burgers we were asked if we needed a box. Hmmm… that’s fast but sure. Then she brought, okay cool. A minute later we were giver the check and she took the pretzel bites I was actively eating. I had one in my hand! It was empty so why did we just get rushed out? It was so strange. Sucked for the though. Im a very generous tipper but for that… I only tipped about 20%. Im just kinda dumbfounded on why we couldn’t eat our food that we ordered and paid for. She seemed nice but wth.

Terrible terrible from start to finish. We came in 5/17 at 3:00 not busy first my wrap comes with hair on it I sent it back they bring me a new one with two pieces of chicken torn all apart I couldn’t even pick it up… next we sit with dirty dishes and empty water glasses almost the entire meal… our waitress kept forgetting our sauces and waters. Next we let her know the new wrap is empty with mostly lettuce and to look at it. Ya that doesn’t look good I’ll get you a box and check. I’m blown away manager kept walking past us like he was confused that he was on shift. So surprised we drove from mount pleasant for this location because this is usually our favorite with phenomenal food and service. We will never be back in so shocked. $35 bill and we could’ve made better food at home and been able to have water.! The wrap is $15 alone.

I ordered the Teriyaki chicken sandwich for my friend from Door Dash today . This is the 2nd time I have ordered it and both times they completely left off the terriski sauce. I even called today to ask them to please make sure they put it in The bag be cause they forgot it last time too and I was told they would make sure to have it. I’m tired of paying so much money for something that they literally do this each time. The teriyaki sauce is what makes the sandwich.. how do they forget that every time??
Updated.. I called to tell them this keeps happening and they claimed it was because I ordered a gluten free bun and that the sauce has gluten . I told them it’s not an allergy for my friend and we spect asked for the sauce to be included. They claimed they cannot do that. That is a lie. When my friend’s husband was alive 6 weeks ago he always went and picked it up and they never denied her the sauce.
