I wanted and needed a burger. Not your daily run of the mill or some super pretentious burger that thinks to much of itself. Red Robin fit the bill. My double burger with American cheese extra onion jalapeño and crisp bacon cut was spot on. Only setback for me was fries weren’t piping hot. My waitress Izzy waa a dream with the service.

My husband and I come here occasionally, and tonight was the best visit we have had here. Our server was Kinsleigh, she was fabulous. Checked in the right amount of times, was friendly and attentive. One of my favorite restaurants for sure. Jackson needs one for sure! The food is always fresh and hot. I’ve never had a problem with any server in the restaurant is clean! I used to love Red Robin but I can tell the food quality and portions are not what they used to be at least at this location. I think anyone whonremebers thick burgers and excellent presentation can see from my two photos something has changed. The service was great and there were lots of people there. So there could be worse things like getting sick from food etc. After my food experience I’d say compared to what I remember about Red Robin this place is just average.

This Red Robin location is nothing short of amazing. The food is excellent. I had a monster burger with garlic parmesan fries. The burger was perfect, with all the right flavors. The fries are to die for, and can be replenished multiple times if that is your thing. They have an allergen menu. For gluten free they offer multiple options and a separate fryer. The servers I have had have all been kind, professional, competent, and timely. The atmosphere is good but I think the music is too loud to be able to hear the person sitting across from me.

Seated promptly by a friendly greeter. Waitress was cheerful and attentive. Food was prepared and served quickly and was actually very good. Music could have been turned down a notch or two. Prices reasonable for portions served.
