Red Robin is underrated in my book. It’s not much more than fast food cost but the quality is so much better. Tried a couple of the new burgers on the menu on the last visit, and they were excellent. Always love the unlimited fries, but we tried several of the desserts and loved them all.

Gourmet Burger isn’t as good as I thought. Please don’t stick the knife on the burger , use wood stick instead.
Burger meat is a bit dry.
Appetizers, please don’t use bad potato chips for the plate, they ruined the good plate.
Tablet cleanness needs to be improved.
Staffs are very nice.
If people paying premium price to a good burger, get them a good burger now you have a royal customer.
Will not return anytime soon. May give an other try if I can remember this place again by myself.

I came with a big group of 13. I will say right off the bat, I was impressed that they had a designated gluten-free fryer. One in our party was gluten-free and she was also able to get a gluten-free bun. I got the breaded cod and shrimp entrée with sweet potato fries as a side. I also had the onion ring tower as a starter. The shrimp and cod were very mediocre. The breading was a bit too thick on both of them. I felt like I had more batter than fish. The sweet potato fries were very good! The onion rings were OK. They had a nice crunchy outside, but we’re a bit chewy because the onions themselves were undercooked. We did have a mixup with the orders and my shrimp was undercooked but they quickly corrected it when I noted it to them and discounted my meal due to the inconvenience. I was very impressed with their service! I would say that the prices are a bit expensive for what I got. If they improved the quality of the food, I wouldn’t mind paying that price.
Edit: One person in our party got severe food poisoning. The gluten-free food also triggered a celiac response in our gluten-free person in our party.

Our server, Adriana, was extremely nice, very helpful, and highly attentive. We ordered bottomless sides and drinks and she made sure to get us refills frequently. We never had to wait on her or call her over. She was also very helpful with the Rewards program and for suggesting food and drink items. Most definitely my favorite server there. The server at the table behind us, not sure of her name, was also very sweet to the table behind us. She took time to entertain their little girl while taking everyone’s orders. Thought that was sweet, too.

Myself and my family are in the service industry and we go to a lot of places to eat… and even though we don’t try too hard to review service, this one needs to be posted! If you have the chance to stop there and can ask for meka’s section do yourself a favor and do it!!!! She has been literally the best server we have ever had , she give you that at home feel!!!! We had the greatest time!!! Thank you Meka you are amazing!!!

My family and I come here often, and it’s always such a great experience! The service is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Our favorite server Ally is absolutely amazing. She always takes great care of us. The manager Rome is wonderful too and always makes us feel valued. Great place. Best burgers around. Servers serve with a smile everyrime. Very kind. Food is so delicious . The ranch is some of the best I have ever had with their boneless wings. I also love there bacon double cheese burger with an egg on it. So yummy. Keep up the great work team.

Staff was very helpful. My water cup didn’t stay empty long. The fries were good and hot this time. (I was here a month ago, party of 4 and all of our fries came out cold). Ordered a 2nd batch of fries….they were hot. Yes!!! Was here just to have a quick bite. Enjoyed everything we ordered. Atmosphere was great and there was no wait.
